How do I access the property when I arrive?

All of our homes are equipped with a simple self-serve check-in procedure. A unique code will be generated for you during your stay!

Does the property have an electronic entrance?

Do you offer early check-in and how can I request this?

Early check-in times may be available dependent on if the unit is clean and ready. We require inquiring about this the day before or the day of your arrival date.

Do you offer late check-out and how can I request this?

We allow a late check-out if there is not a same-day turn, and/or if the cleaners are planning to arrive later than 10am.

Are linens, towels, and other common toiletries provided?

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Do you allow pets and what arrangements are necessary to bring pets?

Certain homes are pet friendly, and we require a heads up that you will be bringing pets.

What are your regular office hours and how can I contact you or your team?

We are available 24/7

How can I contact you or your team after hours?

If you should need to reach us in the middle of the night, we recommend calling versus any other form of communication.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will refund 100% (less any website and/or processing fees) for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from the arrival date. We will also refund cancellations that occur within 90 days to the extent we are able to re-rent the unit for any of the cancelled dates.

Do you have any handicap accessible properties?

What internet access is available to guests and is there is a cost for this?

We provide high-speed WiFi internet connection free of charge.

What amenities or services available [for an additional fee] during my stay? i.e. highchairs, pack n play cribs, etc.

Most of our homes are equipped with pack-n-plays and highchairs. We ask that you let us know any amenities you will be requesting, so we can ensure they are ready and available to you.

What should I do in the event something is damaged in the property?

What are your house rules?

We strictly enforce our quiet hours (10 PM on weekdays and 12 AM on weekends). If you violate those times by creating a disturbance you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your remaining reservation fee (and deposit in some instances).

How far is the property from the airport?

San Diegos Airport (SAN) is centrally located and the majority of our homes are within a 15 minute drive to the airport.

Is daily housekeeping available?

Yes, daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge|

Can I host a party or event?

No, event hosting is not allowed|
