The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. When you book one of our rentals, you are entering into a contract with us stating that you will not abuse our properties or throw parties of any sort. We have a right to cancel your booking or evict you from the property if you breach this contract. With regard to payment, 50% of the balance is due 30 days before arrival, and the remaining 50% is due 15 days before arrival. Your card on file will be automatically charged for each of these payments.

You may cancel penalty-free anytime before 14 days prior to your arrival date, or within 24 hours of booking. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs up to 7 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.

Dogs are permitted at a LIMITED number of our properties (check the language in the ad to see if you are staying at one of these properties). A $100 pet fee applies per pet so please inquire if you plan on bringing a dog. Service animals are permitted and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.

All of our properties are child-friendly. If you are in need of any of baby gear for your stay, we have partnered with Destination Baby Co. for rentals and delivery. 

Check-in time is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. for our 5+ bedroom properties), and check out is 10 a.m. We can sometimes make exceptions to these times (a fee may apply), so please inquire about the possibility if you are interested.
