This unit has all that you could want at the beach…the water is a mere 150 yards from your front door, you get the entire home, which includes a spectacular rooftop deck, a private courtyard, a court-side patio, and the home has a 2-car garage (which can accommodate 3 cars, if necessary). Three levels of wide open space (indoor and out) guarantee that everyone has room to rest and play. And…we just added central AC for those warm summer days and nights! Come, relax and enjoy! Beach living at its finest..beach-wood adorns nearly every inch of the home, walls and floors. 3 stories of absolute splendor, including a private and separate master suite that is accessible only via a sky bridge from the rest of the home. The observation deck on the roof is wonderful for coffee in the morning, lunch at noon or winding down with drinks and conversation in the evening…all the while taking in the best climate on the planet. You have the complete house to yourselves, including front patio, rear (private) patio and the observation deck. A two-car garage and an additional single parking space make the beach experience perfect as no need to hunt for parking. We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels for your use when visiting. We are a self-service destination. We are just a phone call away and have agents that are almost never more than 5-10 minutes away should a need arise. Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around courts with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to live at the beach. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail…all rental options are just minutes away). Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. (Note that we previously offered bikes but the recent surge in cheap rental options made them less of necessity so we have stopped offering them). The Boardwalk and Bayside Walk are wonderful ways to travel throughout the beach and bay. Uber/Lyft are very active in Mission Beach and the 2-car garage guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival. Despite ABB’s cancellation policy, I will refund 100% (less any ABB fees) for any cancellations made prior to 60 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund the 50% ABB keeps to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. Mission Beach is a wonderful place. We aim to keep it that way. Our goal as a host is that everyone benefit from the sharing economy. We respect and care for our neighbors and our neighborhoods. Please be aware that we do not permit gatherings or parties. If you plan to have guests (other than those included in the reservation) visit the home you need to get permission prior to your arrival. We strictly enforce our quiet hours (10pm weekdays and midnight on weekends). If you violate those times by creating a disturbance you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your remaining reservation fee (and deposit in some instances).
