We were in another rental, when the furnace broke and needed to move immediately for a two week stay. Aaron could not have been more responsive and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable and at home here. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, the patio, barbecue and firepit are very inviting. It was such a pleasure. We will definitely return to this property.

The house is laid out nice. Beds comfortable. Nice backyard. However kitchen was not clean. Front of cabinets stained, knobs sticky. The kitchen utensil holders were dirty. Kitchen floors dirty in the corners. Needs a major deep clean.

We had a great stay here! House was very homey and cozy and was so much bigger than it looked in the photos. They did a great job with the remodel and the outdoor space. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Aaron was a great communicator and flexible with us when it came to late check out. My boys loved it, we would definitely come back!

We had a family event to attend in Poway, and Aaron’s house was 15 min away from where my niece lived. This house is in a nice neighborhood, and close to shopping centers. Easy check in, everything was clean, and a nice backyard too :) We would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying here. This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and super clean! Massive backyard, comfortable beds and furniture and we had our privacy. The home is flawless beautifully decorated. We loved everything about this house. My favorite part was the backyard It’s massive, comfortable seating and the view is breathtaking. We felt so at home and by the end of our stay didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, Plates, etc. Great barbecue grill, in the backyard, Clementine tree and fire pit. I highly recommend this place and hoping to return soon.

Thank you Aaron your home was wonderful. Beautiful views, and a beautiful home inside and out. The mountain views are spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and friendly. Aaron's home was fully equiped with lots of extras. Close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. We needed a home that was close to our home and our office (just a couple of miles away) while our home was being renovated. The renovation was taking longer than anticipated, and Aaron graciously accommodated us. Allowing us the extra time until we were able to move back home. This is an awesome place to stay and we highly recommend it! Thank you Aaron for your hospitality.

I had the absolute best stay at Aaron’s place. I was headed to San Diego during what was predicted to be a pretty horrendous storm, and found myself scrambling to find a place safer for the weather than the beach-front property I had reserved for the week. Aaron graciously accommodated am extremely last-minute booking. My arrival was perfect thanks to excellent instructions/communication from Aaron. The home itself was so lovely and cozy. I felt so comfortable, and it truly felt like staying in the home of a friend or family member. I loved my stay so much that I even ended up staying an extra night (thanks to Aaron for facilitating this)! Would absolutely return and would recommend this spot to anybody visiting the area!

Aaron was very responsive and helped this first time mom of a 5 month old on their first trip away from home feel comfortable. Bedroom had room for pack n play crib. Shades on windows do not blackout, but we borrowed a slumberpod that did the trick. Great outdoor seating made it easy to hangout after baby went to sleep without worrying about noise. Would 100% rent again if we make another trip.

This is our second year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but with walkable access to shopping and restaurants. Most of the San Diego hotspots are 30 minutes away by car or less, and there are many hidden gems even closer. The house has a very nicely setup back patio, with plenty of shade and a firepit. Perfect for lounging.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It is a cute and comfortable place to stay and we loved the backyard which included a gas fire pit. The living area is very spacious and the house had everything we needed and more. And it is also a nice neighborhood for taking walks and seeing the scenic mountain views! The location was great because it is close to our son and his wife who are in the Navy. We were here to visit them and their new baby!

Very clean and quiet, close to freeways. The couches reminded us of home - leather reclining. The backyard is awesome. 2 Full baths and large bedrooms made it very comfortable. There is a bonus room, could be used as a den or enclosed sunroom, that is big with windows all around and seating under the windows. Great place, hope it's available again when we're looking for a place to stay.

This is a great house for our small family to stay. The living area was especially specious and a great play area for my toddler. Aaron is very quick to respond and accommodating. Our home was flooded and we booked this for a day-of stay, and our reservation was quickly accepted. Additionally, we needed to extend our stay and due to availability, this was no problem.

What a lovely home! We liked the convenience of self check in, having a garage to park in, having two full bathrooms, and most of all having a pet friendly place to stay for our dog. We had such a comfortable stay with plenty of spaces to sit and relax inside the house, as well as outside in the beautiful backyard. It was a great place to work from home as well. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could possibly need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, neighbors were friendly, and there was a plaza with plenty of restaurants just down the street. Communication was great with the host. Would love to stay again!

We were in San Diego to visit family and did not want to stay in a hotel. I was excited when I found this house in Rancho Bernardo and it met all of our requirements. It exceeded our expectations for location and being so well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were both comfortable as was the living room sofa and loveseat. The property has a quiet and relaxing back patio that we enjoyed with the firepit. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and enjoying the beautiful plants. The neighborhood is a 55 plus community and we did not hear anything. So, it is not meant for families that would have small children running and playing outside. We had several family members visit us while we were there for the week and everyone said how great the home was. I did reach out to Aaron pretty much every day or so. He was quick to respond regarding on to turn on the patio lights, or if renters had access to the community pool (the answer is no). Aaron was very responsive. I would rent this home again. I did report to Aaron that the cleaners could do some deep cleaning in the sofa cushions and that we were not sure if the towels left hanging on the shower were clean or used towels left by the previous renters to dry and not mildew. Thanks Aaron for making our stay in San Diego a comfortable one.

My fiancé and I loved this house!! The house was clean, beautiful back yard with the citrus trees and the views! We had excellent communication with the property mgr Aaron, he helped guide us with the fire pit and we loved it, spend most of our time in the back using the grill. All 4 of us commented several times what an amazing place this home is. Open-plenty of room. The backyard is incredible-relaxing, plenty of room. We could all be together, and when we wanted, everyone had a place to relax. Did I mention it was wonderful with plenty of room? Close to freeway access. Nice neighborhood to take walks in. Spacious and comfy, very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped with great appliances. Much thought was put into the furnishings & finishes. The outdoor space is great for entertaining or just hanging out. Would definitely recommend this great property!

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks. Great location - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Dog friendly. Comfortably sleeps five and can handle more. Kitchen has every tool you will need to cook meals for family. Quiet neighborhood. Really nice backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at this updated home in Rancho Bernardo. The location is truly ideal being located in a quiet residential area but only a few blocks (walking distance) from a large shopping center with supermarket, CVS, Starbucks, and several great restaurants. The Interstate 15 freeway is also quite close and it’s only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The home has a nice roomy feel with a giant family room. Beautiful new wood-grain flooring throughout the house. The back yard is a highlight since it is very nicely landscaped with many plants and trees (including fruit trees) plus a gas fire pit which we lit almost every night. The leather couches in the living room had built-in recliners for watching the large screen TV and we could even keep up with our favorite shows since the satellite box included a dvr. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils and seasonings. The bathrooms were a pleasure with new countertops and shower fixtures. Both bedrooms had wide-screen TVs and the master bedroom even had an adjustable bed. We loved this house so much, we would even consider it as a second home. The value is outstanding when compared to being stuck in a cramped hotel room. We look forward to spending our next San Diego vacation here.

This is a great place to stay in Rancho Bernardo. It’s close to everything, and there is no shortage of things to do. The A/C issues in prior reviews are resolved. Aaron was extremely accommodating during our whole stay. In our next trip to San Diego, we look forward to returning to Amazing 2BR Home.

My situation is unique. About a month before our arrival, my husband fell and severely injured his leg. His doctor said he could not travel. I contacted Aaron, the rental agent, and, with the permission of the owner, he began a search to find another tenant. He was successful and refunded our deposits. The service we received was above and beyond the call of duty. We would certainly rent the house through Aaron in the future.

What a comfortable house! We enjoyed the large amount of space inside and the backyard is amazing. The house really feels like being at home and it is in a very quiet neighborhood no where near traffic noise. It is a 5 minute ride to go to the supermarket or get a cup of coffee and located to provide easy access to beach areas like Del Mar. Nice owners, nice rental property managers. Thanks to both for making the booking so easy and our stay so pleasant.

We had a great stay at the DeLong Rancho! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather and the delightful hummingbirds. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets lovely and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. Marci was gracious and delightful. She made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed this home as we were busy my parents. We will definitely be back! Excellent location close to the beach, downtown, Safari Park and our local relatives. We had 2 couples and plenty of room. The house and yard are beautiful. We have family in the area and hope to return and stay here again.

Fantastic! This two bedroom / 2 bathroom with additional sleeping areas and marvelous backyard was perfect. The location was near family, friends and 30 mins to the beaches, La Jolla, USD, Del Mar and everywhere else we wanted to be. The host, Aaron, was super communicative and friendly. Check in was easy, instructions for things inside the house were clear, and check out was a breeze. We will definitely rent this or other of Aaron’s properties in the future.

We came down for a couple of days at the San Diego Safari Park. This is a beautiful retreat after a long day walking the hills of the park. Sitting around the fire pit with a glass of wine wile waiting for dinner. Who could ask for more.

Our family had a magical stay in San Diego at this amazing property in Rancho Bernardo! This home has everything you need to live comfortably while on vacation. Plenty of space for a big family. The backyard is amazing with the gas fire pit. Each morning from the top of the yard you can catch a glimpse of the sunrise! Would 100% stay again and recommend! If you are looking…book it!
