We loved this location! Thank you for an amazing getaway vacation. Loved the corner market/deli a block away and all of the fun restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk area, as well as fun Garnet spots.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Pacific Beach Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just about a five-minute walk to the beach, with vibrant cafes and everything you could want for a perfect San Diego experience nearby. The place was cozy, clean, and had all the essentials to make it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Waking up to the coastal breeze and winding down with sunsets just minutes away made this stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the ultimate PB vibe. Kara and her place was excellent! She was very responsive and the location is very perfect! Walking distance to almost everything in PB. The home was fairly clean. I’ve read some responses and reviews and there was multiple complaints about the floors. This was the same for us. The floors were extremely dusty and dirty and after taking our shoes off for maybe an hour in there, our feet were black on the bottom. That was throughout the whole house. Other than that it was a great stay and very convenient on what we had going on. Kara is wonderful it was just that one complaint for us. Thanks again Kara for your home and your responses.

Great price for the location, just blocks from the beach and easy to walk to all of the restaurants, bars, beach, and other fun things to do. Great to have a designated parking spot and loved having access to beach stuff like beach chairs! The apartment is a bit older and stuffy but the window AC units made a huge difference. Would definitely stay here again for another visit to Pacific Beach.

My stay here was great! I never needed to contact Kara and everything was so walkable. The only issue I had was the wifi kept dropping on me randomly which was tough because I was working remotely. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Nestled in a sweet spot in Pacific Beach Area. Accommodation were incredibly peaceful and quaint. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need, even free coffee. Kara was in constant communication with us and super friendly. The place is blocks away from awesome food, clubs and of course the beach! We will be back!

Great location, close to the beach, grocery store, and main tourist attractions. My only complaint is you can really hear the guy above the unit walking around quite clearly and especially at night as his bedroom is right above the main bedroom in the unit. Some nights he was up until midnight moving around.

I haven't stayed this close to the beach in San Diego before so I don't know if I over paid or under paid for the July 4th weekend. The place was in a good central spot for everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach/bay. The unit was a nice place. Master other bedroom was roomy. My son took the bed and my daughter slept on the pullout couch. Our unit was on the first floor and we had a unit above us so my daughter had trouble sleeping the first night cause of all the heavy feet above. We also had a unit north of us who stayed pretty quiet for the most part. Did find the pots and pans to have a layer of dust on them. Also found that the gas tank on the grill to be empty. The bathroom also had dust and lint buildup on the sink. The wifi sucked big time but can't complain too much if you are out and about. All in all, I think the family enjoyed and had a good time. I think I would stay again, but will shop around first.

Russell, apologies for the issues. We did have a long gap of a couple weeks right before you arrived and the cleaners probably should have touched it up before your arrival. We always have extra propane in the garage so please always reach out when you need something and are in residence. We have added some carpets to the upstairs unit to lessen the noise from above as well as a dedicated modem for this unit to address the wifi service. Vacation Rentals by Aaron

My 5 year old LOVED the apartment decor. He calls it the Lemon House and wishes we lived there lol. He was also impressed by the cozy fleece blankets. The apartment was very charming. The location can’t be beat. It was 0.3 miles from the beach. Took us 10 minutes because we walk slow. Such a treat to walk over and watch the sunset after the day’s activities. We even had luck finding seas shells! It was 10 minutes to Sea World and about 20 minutes to San Diego Zoo. We loved that Rubio’s and Habit Burger were literally down the street. It is true that you can hear when people upstairs are walking around. But it was very minimal and didn’t bother us. We were very comfortable there. I would not hesitate to book again. My son is already talking about our next visit.

Great great location!! Struggled with internet and TV for two of the nights. Was given the wrong code and instructions, host owns multiple units next to each other so I was given code and PW to other unit Was not made aware until host came out next night and corrected it and made me feel like it was my fault. When obviously it was not. Like I should have known better. This place is on the first floor with noisy and active tenants above you. Foot steps and stomping all night and day can be heard. Some are used to this and some are not. Overall it was good and very responsive host.

Great quaint place, clean and bright, very comfortable big beds. Great location, 10 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to bay, five minutes to restaurants, smoothies, coffee, grocery. No noise issues. This is a PERFECT LOCATION for anyone who wants to head to the beach, the bay, Garnett, etc. Walkable is an understatement. The amenities provided were such a plus (washer/dryer/parking spot/beach stuff). Kara responds very quickly and the place was homey and clean. Highly recommend!

My fiance and I booked this place very last minute and it was just what we were looking for. The parking spot was nice to have since parking can be hard to find on the streets and the place was spacious and clean. All of the wall air conditioning units were very dirty and the second bedrooms air had an odor coming from it when it was turned on. One last thing that we felt was a negative was that you can't have too many lights or air conditioning units on at once or the lights flicker. My fiance was showering while I was in the other room with the light on and blow dry (no air conditioning running) and the lights kept flickering like we were going to blow a fuse. All in all, we had a great time staying here with some minor details to note for future stays!

Lauren, thanks for the heads up. We typically service the AC units at the end of summer (which really means October so they were in need of a filter cleaning for all the summer use). Not much we can do about the electrical but ask people to be conscious of their electrical use when in the unit.

This was a perfect little place to stay while on a quick 3 night trip. Great amount of space for my mother, baby, and my self. The location was nice as it was in the beach town. A short distance away from the main strip of beach life, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Many restaurants, coffee shops, near by. And a Ralph's grocery store just down the street. I at first was nervous parking in alley. We arrived the evening, but was very safe. It's very quiet and not sketchy. The apartment was clean and decorated up to date. The baby suppliesn such as highchair and pack 'n' play were definitely a plus. They came in handy with my 11 month old. They were very clean and seemed brand new. Rooms were spacious enough and beds were comfy. One thing that I will point out is that if you're a light sleeper you can hear the outside cars passing from bedrooms since the apartment is located off the main street. I think the sound also comes through a bit more since the ACs are window units. But, it's not horribly loud. I still managed to get sleep.

This is a cute little place in a great location. The host was easy to work with and gave detailed instructions on parking, use of a washer, wi-fi. The unit is old and has some quirks but is cheery & beachy. We would consider booking again. The unit is listed as sleeping 6, which it can but a heads up- we didn’t have bedding for the pull-out couch and only enough towels for 4 in our group of 5. I let the host know so hopefully this will be corrected.

The place is cute, just like the pictures.. some stuff need to be updated.. like the kitchen and the bathroom.. they are kind of old but it’s all bout the location and the convenient of it all.. very close to the beach and the restaurant and bars.. all walking distance.. I had so much fun staying there.. the check out time is little early but other than that I would say it’s overall 4 star out of 5

Pacific Beach is a busy area, so if a beach town experience is what you want, this location can’t be beat- close to the Bay and the ocean. Comfortable beds, big closets, fans and air conditioning were great.

Kara was quick to respond if we had any questions. Check-in and directions were very clear. The kitchen could use more/and better pots, utensils, etc. if you like to eat in. Bath and beach towels need to be refreshed. Location was good!

Great spot 5 minutes from Mission Beach. I noticed in a couple previous reviews that sirens were an issue and while I did hear them consistently throughout our stay, you have to realize how close you are to the beach and many places near it. This is a city that comes aliveboth day and night and with that things happen. it wasn't an issue for us at all. We did have some issues with it not being cleaned properly upon arrival and Kara took care of that immediately. She also made sure to get the new ac units in for us since it was warmer than normal. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to seeing the beach again soon! Our only request for future guests is to prepare for some sort of rinse off when returning from the beach. Sand can build up and clog the shower drains so hopefully you can find a solution for that.

The place is adorable I just didn’t expect it to be in kind of a sketchy area. Police cars and sirens filled the street every single night to a point where it was noticeably concerning. It was not just a usual occurrence of them, it was extremely excessive.

Great place, set back just a bit from the beach. Perfect walking distance to beach or bay. Hosts were very quick to communicate from start to finish. We had one slight issue, but again the hosts responded immediately and addressed the issue to our satisfaction. Very happy with the place and our hosts. Would most definitely stay again.

Great location - very easy to get to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Definitely a younger scene - not the right pick for 30-something women looking for a relaxing weekend. The host was very responsive and gave great instructions for check-in and check-out.

This apartment was appropriately advertised and we were deeply satisfied with it. We had 3 working professionals living in the apartment for a month and it worked out seamlessly. The greatest asset of the apartment is that it is 4 blocks from the beach. This location is fantastic and allows for daily trips to the beach. The host was very receptive and responsive when the heater was not initially working and had the problem fixed within 24 hrs. The grill in the back is another great item of the place for people who cook. The only con of the place is that there is no dishwasher. I would stay at this property again and recommend it.

Great location! Near everything you could ever want and very walkable. Scooters on all corners for places too far to walk. Kitchen and grill well suited to cook meals.

Wow! What a great experience with Aaron! His place was spotless, spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds, and washer/dryer, too. There was also a deck and grill out back. Just a few blocks to the beach and his garage had chairs to take along with us. This was our first vacation rental experience, and now we're hooked. Aaron treated us like family and we look forward to returning again. Linda & Brian

The place is very close to the beach, a number of great restaurants, and clubs. We didn’t appreciate the loud upstairs neighbours, but I assume those were just another temporary guests, so that isn’t always a problem. I recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron's place. The location was great (located just couple of blocks from the beach and shops). The beds were very comfortable. The building is a bit dated but the apartment was clean with some renovations (new flooring, window blinds, furniture). Everything was in working order. The private parking was also useful for our rental car.
