Bay Breeze Studio Cozy Retreat

Great location, less than 15 minutes to everywhere you would want to go in San Diego. The outside porch area was great to lounge about and work from home for my wife.

Great place. It's clean, organized and functional. Patio area is great. Sadly it was too cold outside to use it. The only issue for me was the bed. It's described as a queen size. The bed is against the wall so it feels smaller than a queen size bed.

Really nice space. The bed is super comfortable, had everything I needed, and although a studio they patio extended the space to feel bigger. Aaron was very responsive and organized. Nice place.

The cozy space and location was perfect for my short stay. Central to everything and just a short walk to the beautiful Mission Bay. It was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the sun out on the patio and the bed was super comfy!

Aaron's place was exactly as described! It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. And a bonus - so close to Fiesta Island, could ride my bike from the place to do a few laps. Aaron was extremely communicative and proactive in advance and during my stay. I really appreciated the online instruction guide from getting in to checking out. The bed was comfortable and the patio was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee! The neighborhood is VERY quiet and like a forest walking around. Peaceful and zen. I would love to come back for a longer stay!

It was small but perfect for just me and my 2 small dogs, I have a 12 pound and a 5 pound dog. The description was completely accurate. The bed was very comfortable, loved that the TV swivels, could watch TV from the couch and bed.

this was a great stay, perfect for a short weekend visit. it's central to many places, east to walk down to mission Bay & any of the beach areas or other parts being close to I5. The outdoor area is great to enjoy an evening & the bed & sofa are very comfortable to relax.

A small space that worked well for us. We enjoyed the private gated outside patio. Though the inside was cozy, it was functional. the only issue was the double bed pushed up against the wall and no nightstand on the one side. Not a huge thing, but a small inconvenience and I don’t see any other solution in the space available. The only other thing was that the attached neighbors washing machine sounded like it was up against the bedroom wall. They ran it during the late evening one night and the noise from it was enough to keep you awake until the cycle completed. Other than those two things, the cozy space worked well for us and San Diego is a great place to have the gated outdoor patio sitting area. Perfect for having our dog along!

This place was very clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. As others have mentioned, I too thought it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Now I understand it is a converted one-car garage. So yes, it is very small - maybe 150SF? The space is all used very well, so you truly have everything you need. The patio is the best part, and serves as a nice second living area so you really don’t ever feel cramped. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have loved a nightstand on both sides of the bed but there simply is not room. One thing no one mentioned in previous reviews is that you can see the fireworks at Sea World from the driveway! So cool. We really enjoyed that.

This is a fantastic find! While the space is small, it’s great for one person or a couple because every inch is maximized. It was perfectly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. The patio is great and really expands the overall comfort. Host is communicative and helpful! My two dogs loved being close to Mission Bay park and we started and ended each day there was a lovely walk. Highly recommend!

This small space was perfect for our San Diego stay. The amenities were great for a place to come back after a day at the beach. The location isn't walkable to many places, but a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go!

Although it’s small, every space was utilized thoughtfully. From the convenient coffee corner to the ironing board tucked into the wardrobe, we had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed spending time on the spacious, private patio. We will be recommending this place to friends and family who are traveling in this area.
