Beautiful Beachside Bliss

We really enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. Aaron’s place was exactly as shown, beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The location was also perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to a few cafes and accessible to both beach and the main drag of La Jolla. My family had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Aaron’s place worked so well for our family! I would highly recommend as it was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The location was a quick walk to the beach. We were able to log lots of miles exploring the rest of La Jolla too. We had a great spring break vacation here and in large part because of this home base. Very convenient walk to the beach, drive to hikes and the rest of the city.

Wonderful and very walkable neighborhood nestled between La Jolla village and Bird Rock. Place was as described, well stocked, very clean and more spacious and comfortable than the pictures depict. Host was very responsive from beginning to end. Would definitely return.

Excellent location and space. Quiet and comfortable for the most part. Our family felt at home and liked all of the amenities. The dryer is a bit loud but that is truly my only complaint.

Lovely home for our family vacation! The location of the property is amazing, in a quite area of La Jolla, a walk away from the beach. The home seems to have been renovated rather recently and is in a great condition, modern, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a duplex and while some older comments mentioned just a kitchen door separating the 2 properties, that is not the case anymore. The owner seems to have taken seriously that feedback and probably closed that connection. We had full privacy. Check in and check out is flexible at a cost of 30$ per extra hour. Parking was easy on the street and we didn’t need to use the private garage. Overall would definetely recommend and come back!

This Airbnb was in such an ideal neighborhood! The house itself was also pristine and had all the modern amenities we could have wanted. Aaron was very responsive and professional. We had issues with the WiFi and although we didn’t really need it (since our call reception was fine), Aaron still went above and beyond to ensure our stay was uninterrupted. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation in La Jolla.

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful and the kitchen area was especially great. It was the perfect spot for our birthday girls trip. The decor was super cute, everything was very clean, and the location couldn’t be better. It was steps away from the beach and so many great coffee spots. The interior was spacious and comfortable, and we also appreciated having access to laundry, even though we didn’t end up using it. We loved that there was a powder room downstairs plus two full bathrooms upstairs, which made getting ready so easy for our group. The only snafoo was that the door code I was given didn’t work when I arrived, but the owner quickly answered my call and provided another code right away. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Location, location, location! Set on a lovely quiet & safe street steps to the beautiful WindandSea Beach. The two storey house is spacious and furnished comfortably with a modern well equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms with comfy King sized beds, each room with a stylish bathroom. As only four of us we did not need the bunk beds, but great for a family. Out front is a private patio with table, chairs and a grill. There is one space in the garage in the back alley, but we found plenty of parking on the street, Our favorite morning thing was the short walk to the beach to watch the surfers. A longer walk was to the La Jolla Tide pools to watch the seals, sea lions & pelicans. Highly recommend.

The house was fantastic. It was very well appointed and clean. The location was perfect, less than 5 minute walk from the breach and from a nice local grocer, restaurant, and coffee shop. The sole complaint is that this is a duplex house, with a kitchen door separating it from the adjoining unit, which allowed a lot of noise through. Even with that issue, we still rate it a 5/5. We would stay there again.

Our stay was simply outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location couldn’t have been better – conveniently close to the beach, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The space itself was even more charming than the photos suggest! Absolutely loved our stay here as a group of 2 couples (4 people). Gorgeous looking down the street and seeing the ocean. The inside is spacious with lots of storage room for luggage, which was great since we were in town for a wedding and needed to hang out suits and dresses. Living area was comfortable for hanging out during down time. The bedrooms each having private spacious bathrooms was a godsend. Now I don’t want to go home! Lol

Really enjoyed our stay. Location location location....this is the biggest advantage of this property. La Jolla is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the country and Windansea Beach is, in my opinion, the nicest beach in California. The house itself was exceptionally clean with really nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The property is a duplex and if there's one critique I'd make it's that the door separating the two sides is thin enough that noise travels, but it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, really nice property in an epic location.

Our family of 5 LOVED staying here. The house was great- spotless, no clutter, big kitchen, big table, ridiculously comfortable wrap around couch, 2 very useful desks (we sadly had to do some work on this trip) and very helpful washer/dryer. The street/neighborhood are fantastic- the gorgeous beach is at the end of the street; we walked down with our beach bags during the day, walked down again for sunset, and went down a couple of nights to look at the stars. The houses that surround this one are so pretty and walking past them was actually enjoyable. The house does come with a spot in the garage but there was so much street parking that we never used it. La Jolla itself is beyond beautiful. We had a rental car and took short drives when we checked out the Seals/Sea Lions and Cliff walk at La Jolla Shores, Hermosa Surf Shop at Bird Rock and the sunset one night at Pacific Beach. Easy parking everywhere. Aaron was a fabulous host- super responsive and friendly! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this super clean and well appointed townhouse. The host was super kind and allowed us to check in early, answered all questions promptly, and left yummy snacks on our arrival. The only caveat was that we could hear the next unit through the wall downstairs in the evening, which didn’t bother us. Garage was too small for our minivan but there was plenty of street parking in the front. Overall a fantastic place and we would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Vacation rentals By Aaron’s. Great location, 15 min drive to and from Airport. Down town and restaurants are close by. The best part is that there is 5 min walk to Windansea Beach. Perfect for taking outdoor pictures, walk, run or picnics. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Check in and all the communication we had was smooth. Overall we are happy and made great memories.

Place is terrific and in a great location of La Jolla! Clean and plenty of space for our family. Walkable to shops, the beach, and local farmer's market. Couch is large and very comfortable, the TV was huge and great to watch movies and football on :) Additionally all the rooms have AC/Heat which was perfect for the cold nights and warm days. Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. We wanted something super close to Windansea beach and this house was perfect. Felt like everything had just been redone. Impeccably clean inside and everything felt new. The bedrooms were great for all guests, and everyone loved how good they slept (rare for us on vacation to sleep well in beds that aren’t our own). The towels in the bathrooms were super plush and felt straight out of a nice hotel. There were chairs, umbrellas, etc to take town to the beach which was a big plus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Loved that this was also a short walk to 7-11 and Valley Farm Market which we love. Lastly the outdoor patio was super cute and private, and loved how the doors opened up to the living room to have a nice indoor/outdoor feel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location close to Windansea. Beach, market, coffee shop and other food options within an easy walk. The condo was really clean, comfortable and recently renovated. Shared an interior door with attached unit, so noise traveled a bit. But, it wasn't an issue. Great host and great stay with our family of 5. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location to beach and restaurants- we’ve stayed at many places and this one was our favorite- The layout works great for having many people but also allowing there to be private spaces - having a half/bathroom downstairs was great- beds super comfortable. -there is a shared wall and you can here other guests in kitchen area - not that much - we didnt mind- but just a heads up - that was not an issue in the bedrooms - super clean - well equipped - cozy - we definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beachside Bliss was an ideal location to explore La Jolla for our first time. The home was pristine and very well organized. Everything was labelled! It was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The bedding was high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was 1/2 a block away and the Beach Barber Tract is a beautiful historic neighborhood with charming architecture. We would happily stay again.

The place was spotless and well-equipped for our wonderful stay near Windansea Beach. Great to be able to walk to amenities nearby. Plus, our hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend.
