Great place and awesome hosts! We came escaping the LA fires and Aaron's team was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is also amazing, only a few blocks away from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend it.

Aaron’s place was amazing. There was a group of four of us and we were more than comfortable. The cart in the property turned out to be very resourceful for going to the beach. My friends and I raved about the mattresses. They were amazing. We had the best time!

We loved our stay with Aaron! It was very clean and the decor is light and airy. We saw the Sea World fireworks from the top bedroom’s window, so fun! The location cannot be beat. Just a couple of blocks from Mission Bay. The area is extremely walkable with lots of great stores and restaurants. The two parking spaces were wonderful in a busy community. The added amenities really put the stay over the top. Loved the included coffee and tea, but the best was the unexpected beach towels, chairs, toys, boogie board AND a beach wagon to haul them around. Wonderful property!!!

Nice place ! A bit farther than where we usually stay , but still within walking distance. Nice that wagon was there to take to beach , makes it easier . Location cool , bay really close which we were able to use the paddle board :) Had all the necessities and more ( grill)

What appears to be a congested residential neighborhood, it was pleasantly quiet and felt a sense of privacy. The birds made more noise than the neighbors! Very walkable location, 3 blocks to the beach or 3 blocks to the Bay. A pleasant 10 minute walk to multiple restaurant options and a vibrant strip on Mission Blvd. Aaron was incredibly helpful with recommendations and responded immediately to answer any questions! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay!

House itself was great. Host was responsive. Loved the a/c units in every room. Way too far from the beach though. Definitely not a 10 min walk especially when hauling all the beach gear. House had lots of spiders too, including a black widow. House was clean & had everything we needed but needed to be much closer. Parking was easy.

Perfect place to stay in Pacific Beach! Clean, spacious for six friends, incredible location, dedicated parking via the alley, and a well stocked kitchen. Had a minor maintenance issue and host was on it immediately! Easy access, great communication… would definitely stay there again!

We loved the house — nice outdoor spaces, beds were comfortable, was as promised. Our one piece of advice is that there were too many airfresheners (we unplugged them) — we are scent sensitive and it was just too much. Sheets were also overly scented. This is a personal preference — prefer scent free experience. The above was minor — we just opened windows and aired out the place. Stay was excellent.

Aaron was very responsive to me the entire time leading up to our stay, we had flown in early that day and I asked if we could check in a few hours early. They had the place cleaned very well and ready for us to check in. It was a very easy walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops for us. Home was exactly what we thought it was when seeing pictures, overall great stay!

Great place if you want to stay near the pacific beach. There are pretty good pubs and restaurants 5 minutes from the place. As for the house, it’s huge and can easily accommodate 6 people. The host gave us an option of early check-in without even asking which was a nice touch!

Great location, comfortable and clean venue with parking which makes a world of difference in PB. Communication overall good from hosts who sorted out a gas issue after an initial delay with 4/5 interactions very pleasant and prompt. The place itself is lovely with great overall stocking of what is needed, awesome body wash (coconut!), great lighting and comfy sofa and beds! Some minor inconveniences, and a gas stove that the owner said will get better, clearer directions and knobs. Quiet neighborhood and a very pleasant little outdoor patio.

My stay at the house was great. I used the kitchen to cook a thanksgiving meal for 6 people and there was plenty of space to work. There were pots and pans provided and even a slow cooker. The living room is very cozy and the table outside was nice to eat at. Aaron was very quick to respond when I had trouble finding the place. Overall the experience was exactly as I had hoped it would be. 100% worth my money.

We needed a very early check in due to a change in plans. We were mostly concerned about getting food into the fridge. Aaron made sure we were able to get in so no food went bad. We really appreciated that. The house was spotless. Didn’t need the AC....cool breezes come in through the windows, and we stayed in July! Great location---easy to get to attractions, but also close to beach gorgeous relaxing. Loved that there were beach chairs and towels provided.

This home was immaculately clean and every linen smelled clean. There were plenty of linens provided, including extra bedding for the trundle bed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with knives, utensils, plates, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for all of our planned activities in San Diego. We found the communication with the rental company to be quick, in depth, and thorough.

Fabulous place! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here. It’s exactly as pictured and we had everything we could need. There is such quality in the details of this home- from the well stocked kitchen, lovely linens, abundance of towels, and provided beach gear. The location is great-close to lots of restaurants, the bay, a park, and less than a mile to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the space was lovely, and the host was fantastic. We can’t wait to come back- highly recommend!

A very nice place on a good location in pacific beach. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach of the bay and 1 mile or so to the pacific. Very well equipped house with everything you need in the kitchen but also the things you would need for the beach. Downtown San Diego by car within 20 minutes so also a very good place if you need to go to the convention centre. We had a very pleasant stay.

What a beautiful oasis! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean, so organized. The beds are extremely comfortable, the natural sunlight through the curtains in the bed room is divine, the shampoo and conditioner feel good on the hair, the body wash feels good on the skin. We absolutely loved this home. It has a great location close to several gorgeous beaches. It’s very clean and comfortable, has a bbq, beach supplies, and all needed amenities. Great host and lovely stay. We will definitely be back when visiting San Diego!

This little house is perfect for a family . The top floor with a big bedroom and bathroom is perfect if you want a little rest from the family or just need alone time after activities. Nice and clean house with a cute backyard?

Great location, clean, and overall a great place to stay. Great for 6 people looking to get away in SD. Note there are 3 floors so keep in mind stairs when booking. And if you are ordering food, it will likely show up on the main street if you don’t specify the alley way. Besides that, would still stay again and would recommend to others.
