Aaron was a great and very accommodating host. This air bnb was truly a hidden gem! Beautiful spot in the heart of mission beach , lots of great restraunts, shops and close by activities within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanness of the place. It is the perfect balance of modern with a homey feel. If you’re like me and love to cook you will have a field day with the abundance of pots pans and cooking appliances (all in excellent condition mind you!). Expectations were defiantly exceeded all around. Thanks again Aaron!

Alina, so glad you enjoyed your visit. This unit is priced well due to its lack of parking (disclosed in the ad) but we find that most guests simply find a spot for the duration of their visit and enjoy the beach and the walk ability of the neighborhood. This place was in a great location. It offered a quaint space. Aaron was a great communicator also which I really appreciated. Parking was a little difficult but found the parking at the bay was the best bet.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to beach and bay. As noted prior to booking, street parking is difficult so we parked at the Aquatic Center.

This was a GREAT place and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved being as close to the beach and bay and having it be in walking distance. We were able to drive to other things in San Diego pretty quickly and everything was fairly close. The beds are really comfortable, but the pillows are a little flat and it is too much to double up the pillows. The mattresses were comfortable. The shower was great. Everything was as described. We did have a VERY hard time finding ANY parking on the road on our first day there which was a Sunday and that is probably why (it was a weekend). The host was really good about giving us options and assisting us with finding some parking. We were grateful for that. We were able to find parking pretty easily on the rest of the weeknights that we were there. Loved the place and would stay there again except maybe not on a weekend or just be clear we won't drive anywhere. Thank you Aaron!

Great space- 4-5 people can stay here comfortably. The house provided us with a variety of pots and pans for cooking as well as sufficient supplies like spices and cooking oil. The house was EXTREMELY clean which was amazing considering how close to the beach we stayed. I recommend and am likely to stay here again!

This rental was in a perfect location on Mission Beach. Every morning we walked to grab breakfast after different places everyday (we highly recommend Molly’s), and then took our coffees to walk along the beach. This rental was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Aaron was very quick to respond when I had a question about parking. The only downside is the lack of parking. You have to park on the street, which was clearly communicated in the description and it wasn’t that difficult to find a spot.

Great place, amazing location. As others have noted, parking is an issue. Not a minor one either—if you don’t get one of the 20 or so overnight slots near the aquatic center, your options are to park away from the beach (20 minutes walk) or to pay $60 a night in the LAZ parking lot.

Amazing location and space. Incredibly convenient going between all beachfront areas and the unit. Fully provisioned with everything one requires...from the kitchen to the provided beach supplies and outdoor cooking/seating area...the rental is truly incredible. Do not let a lack of on-site parking dissuade you from booking as ample street parking is available (make note of street sweeping hours). Mission Bay aquatic center, a 2 minute walk, is also a viable parking option.

Spent two nights here but easily could have stayed longer. The place is tucked away from the Main Street which makes it nice and quiet. The inside is small but cute, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and of course the beach is super close by. Parking can be a little difficult if you’re coming back late at night but other than that we had no issues!

This was an awesome place for my kids, my mom and me! Plenty of room to have our own space, but also be together when we wanted. Loved the access to both the ocean and the bay after just a short walk. All of the chairs and beach toys were great, we used them every single day! I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as advertised. It's a cozy unit, good for 2-4 people. We had 3 adults and a 2yr old who slept on the floor of the slightly larger room. Communication was great and very detailed and we had no problem finding and checking into the apartment. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. You can hear the unit above as described in some reviews, but it wasn't too bothersome, and did quiet down much later in the night. So I wouldn't recommend if you have light sleepers. Location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to the bay and beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was manageable after Sunday evening. Overall we had a great stay!

The location of this ground floor unit is wonderful! We were steps from the bayside beach. It was close to a bike riding and walking path for those that want to do that on their vacation. My daughter and I sat, watched the birds, wind surfers, paddle boarders and sail boats. I think I like this location better than the ocean side because it is quieter. It is a block from Mission Bay Blvd and about 2 blocks from the beach by the ocean. That last night I was there I was able to see a gorgeous sunset. My favorite meal was at Miss B's Coconut Grill. We went early evening before it filled up with customers. This unit didn't have a dedicated parking space. Parking is crazy hard to find at Mission Beach. Belmont Roller Coaster Park, right next to the beach, is a half a mile down the road with public day time parking. There is a lot to do here.

The area was very nice and the Airbnb was true to the pictures in the listing! Just a short walk to the bay and beach both! I’d definitely stay here again because of this. The communication with Aaron regarding early check-in and other things were fast and detailed too. I recommend this Airbnb and host for sure!

Although this place is a bit hidden our stay was wonderful. The location is great with everything within walking distance. Don’t recommend a car as you don’t need it and parking is a bit of an issue in Mission Beach.

Loved the unit.... perfect liocation steps to ocean and steps to bay....I caught a great sunrise on the bay and then at night a great sunset on the ocean. Clean and well kept unit....good supplies. Comfortable beds...well equipped bathrooms. It was a 1st floor apartment....quiet among the hustle and bustle of the beach community....busy work week so it was nice to come back to a quiet place. and very important to me was A+++ communication with the owner!

Incredible property! Excellent beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included and there is a nice set of patio chairs and table. As a suggestion, I think the toiletries could be upgraded (scent was a little strange), but that wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Great spot to stay. If you want to be close to everything, this is the place. We were walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. If not, we jumped on a scooter as they are all over to get around. The place itself was super cute with everything needed. I would suggest more towels and face clothes. I honestly have no complaints at all.

Loved this place! Very cool location, near restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. One house away from the bay and a block from the ocean/beach. Clean and well kept. We enjoyed both every day of our visit. Really nice to have laundry facilities at the premises. We were in Mission Beach with our whole family, four other families, who were staying a half a block away and this location worked out beautifully. There was something for everyone of all ages. Thanks for the great vacation!

Aarons place is perfect for a family of 4. Walking distance to everything. Outdoor shower and BBQ. Full kitchen. AC, beach towels, beach chairs, and more. Laundry room to wash your towels. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were really comfy. We could be at the beach in 5 minutes, watch the sunset, then walk back to the bay side to watch the fireworks over SeaWorld. Great central location and we really appreciated the beach chairs! We will definitely be back!!

Really nice, clean, comfortable. 2 queen beds in separate rooms, big pull out couch. Aaron was super helpful, we had checked in late and had trouble finding the place and he was very patient. Nice location off of Mission Blvd, close to beach and the bay. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing beats the location of Aaron's place! The beach is one block away and Aaron has everything you would need to enjoy the beach from towels to chairs and sunbrellas. The place is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Parking is not hard to find even on the weekends. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great location nested between the beach and the bay. A little hard to find even with extensive directions, but I guess that's the nature of the neighborhood.. Good response time and appreciate allowing us to check in early. Some attention to minor maintenance issues would go a long way in getting top notch ratings.

We had an awesome time at Aaron’s house! The house is nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to start out your vacation from paper towels to coffee to charcoal for the outdoor grill and the beach towels and chairs were an extra bonus! We always had a quick response anytime I had to reach out. Also, the directions to the house and where to park when we were borrowing my daughter’s car were spot on! Definitely hard to find a parking space but it’s possible as long as you’re patient. The bay and ocean were just a quick walk from the house and watching the sunrises at the bay and sunsets at the ocean were just picture perfect. Thanks so much for a perfect vacation! Will definitely rent again.

The location of this home is AMAZING! Literally steps from the beach. Once we were at the home we walked everywhere and had no use for our car. There was a free parking lot really close by so parking was not an issue at all. The home was clean and well kept and in a quiet area! The communication with the host was clear and prompt! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway for a beach house. You can walk literally everywhere. Parking is annoying but there are two big lots by the yacht club you can park for free if you are lucky to find a spot. The parking situation was anticipated as the house clearly indicates the scarcity of parking.

This is a great place to stay! Minutes away from anything you need, such as food, the liquor store that has everything, the beach, the bay, or Belmont park. I would definitely stay here again. Only note is that it was a smaller living room than expected, although it served our needs well.

The place was bright and clean and plenty of space. It’s downstairs to another suite that Aaron has. Although we liked it, we preferred to. Be in the upstairs suite so we requested to move. Aaron was extremely accommodating and allowed us to move up. The upstairs was just as clean and lovely but a little brighter- larger windows and bigger living room. Both were great! Aaron was very responsive to any questions and very accommodating and kind. My only suggestion would be a tourist info binder for the area. Great area and location! We will stay here again!
