Exceptional One Bedroom in the Heart of La Jolla

This La Jolla gem exceeded our expectations! The spacious one-bedroom unit is perfectly located just 4 blocks from the village and beach. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and dedicated office space. The private patio was a peaceful oasis for morning coffee. With its proximity to top restaurants and beaches, this rental offers the best of San Diego. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t locate the entrance of the house and had to text the host, however they were very responsive and it was actually an issue of my missing a button on their website with critical info.

Very responsive. LOTS of great extras and a VERY well stocked kitchen with helpful tools and extras. I feel like they went the extra mile to help us feel right at home. Loved the private backyard and quiet neighborhood.

This was a great spot! It’s tucked away and peaceful but such a convenient location. We walked to restaurants and the beach everyday. It was very clean and tidy as well. The host was very communicative and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Great studio! We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. It was close to the city center of La Jolla and to some beautiful beaches. The studio has everything you need. Friendly Host. 100% recommend! ??????????

We just spent a few days enjoying beautiful La Jolla and Aaron's place was the perfect spot to recharge after a long day of exploring. While situated near bars, restaurants and shops, this lovely bungalow is quiet and calm. The house feels cozy from the moment you walk in and has every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. We are already planning on coming back in a few months!

Great spot! The interior layout of the place is perfect, spacious & has everything you could need, washer/dryer is a major perk. It’s located walkable to restaurants and the beach. I didn’t get in my car for a few days. The host is quick to reply and very helpful. My only note for guests is the location being in an alley can be noisy: cars driving/parking, construction, people walking/talking but other than that it really is 5 star! I will happily stay again.

This place was perfect! It wasn’t just spotless inside, it almost looked like it had been staged - with thoughtful, cute things located everywhere. The host was super responsive too - when we realized there wasn’t a hair dryer in the unit, they had one delivered almost instantly. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying at this charming spot in La Jolla. The place was easy to find, and checkin was a breeze. The location was within a mile of so many restaurants and bars. Lots of available street parking. The location was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be staying at this place again the next time I am in town.

Great communication, accommodated an early check in, clear instructions from the host. Excellent location in LaJolla- 15-20 min walk to the cove, restaurants, bars, shopping. $10 Uber home from the cove. Must drive or Uber to La Jolla shores- but worth checking out that area. 20 min drive to Torrey Pines. The apartment entrance is in the alley but the host provides great instructions. The patio adds an outdoor option but backs up to an active neighbors patio. Plenty of street parking within 1-2 blocks. Interesting layout inside, but everything that we needed was there- and clean. Comfortable bed, white linens, stocked kitchen. Bonus to have the washer and dryer! Thank you!!

Had a nice stay at this place. I thought it would be its own house but it turns out it is more like a shack attached to the main house. It is on the quiet back alley, but the walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors on every side. Major construction two houses down. Loud in the morning for sure. The office area is right next to the main house living room, and I could hear quite clearly the next doors TV and conversations, which was a bummer. The layout is a bit weird, and could use some updated furnishing. Most of the furniture are flimsy and thin. The good is that, it is very clean. The amenities are generally ok. The location is great. I can just walk to the beach, to restaurants and cafes.

Jason, sorry you were mistaken about the fact that this is an attached ADU. It has all new furnishings so not sure what is "flimsy". The construction 2 doors down never commences before 830am per City regs, Location is key and for this rate this is the only option in greater La Jolla. Vacation Rentals by Aaron

Definitely a home away from home ! I really appreciated how cozy this place was, great for a short getaway or a long term stay. It was properly stocked with beyond the basic amenities. Plenty of pots and pans, paper towels, laundry detergent and they also had beach chairs, towels and sunblock available for use. I was able to check in early and it was very seamless and convenient. The patio out back is sunny and inviting. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops and restaurants. A car is definitely helpful but you can get by without. I'd definitely stay here again !

An amazing get away that was very peaceful , blocks away from the beach and a nice farmers market on Sunday! Everything you need is a walkable distance. The host was amazing! Easy to communicate for any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!
