Family Hilltop luxe retreat with breathtaking views

House was clean. Had alot of space the bedrooms were nice and bathrooms were big. Backyard was simple could use an update but the view was everything! Would stay here again area is really nice.

We originally booked a different Airbnb on New Year's Eve but had to book something fast since our first Airbnb had horrible living conditions! So here we were our group of 7 people struggling to find another airbnb at 8pm on New Year's Eve. We found this place and it was so fast and easy to check in! Our stay was wonderful. Everything was neat and clean and the house was perfect for our group! We loved our stay. We also had a view of La Mesa in the backyard so that was definitely a plus! We saw a few fireworks too!

The home is in perfect condition and very well maintained. Everything is new and in great working condition. With all the amenities I would feel more than comfortable for a long stay, knowing we had everything we need. The view is spectacular, and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. You can’t go wrong booking here. Not to mention a quick pop down the hill into downtown La Mesa and all the awesome restaurants and shops. Lastly, the host was great and super easy to communicate with. My family gives this stay a perfect score and we will absolutely come back the next time we’re in town.

the home was beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. the only thing i didn’t like was the shower pressure was very low and the refrigerator and freezer didn’t work. other than that the view and location was impeccable.

Refrigerator was out for the days we were there , but the garage one was available even though it was a little inconvenient. Quiet location and responsive host. Great upgrades inside with minor wear and tear. All in all it’s a great location and comfortable stay for the family.

The house was great with a very impressive hilltop view. This was a trip to visit my wife’s sister in SD with her parents and her 95 year old Grandmother and they liked the house a lot. It is very spacious, comfortable and quiet, and I highly recommend it for a family trip, especially if you enjoy a beautiful peaceful view.

Very responsive host. A little challenging for my wife with mobility issues. Shower was large enough to put in a shower chair, which we purchased. The hand held shower fixture is a definite plus. Also difficult for my wife to get up from the toilet, so purchased a bedside commode frame which we used to straddle the toilet. Grab bars would be helpful. Beautiful view and very quiet and safe neighborhood. House was immaculate for cleanliness. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. Plate and glass ware is awesome and plentiful. Nice sized kitchen and eating area.

This was our second time staying at this property. We requested an extra day last minute and were approved quickly. Neighborhood was clean with a lot of room for walks or jogging. The peaceful neighborhood adds to the charm, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere in the neighbourhood made our stay even more special, giving it a warm and cozy vibe. The house itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 20-30 mins drive to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, and downtown, beaches. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The location of this home was perfect for us. It was 15-20 mins to everything we went to and everything is nearby. The home was well kept and everything was labeled, which helped navigate the house. great stay and would definitely stay again if possible! The only thing that can be better are those check in and check out times. would hope for at least an 11am check out but again it's not a huge deal. Home is clean and spot on! Great views and neighborhoods. Relaxing and has all amenities listed from washer to dryer. Great stay and you should definitely stay here if you are looking for a place!
