We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a prime location and for our group perfectly. The only thing that was not great is that we had to leave. Wish we could have moved in! Highly recommend Aaron’s property and will definitely book again!

The house was a great place to get to the beach and watch people walking. Our family loved it. Easy to walk to restaurants. Bring a small car because parking is very tight. We have a large GMC 2500 heavy duty pick up truck and could not get it to park close to the house. We had to pay to park at a hotel 8 miles away. They suggest parking in the alleyways where there’s no red or on mission that was not possible for us. Thanks so much.

Marlese, apologies for the parking but we are VERY clear (including giving dimensions) about the parking. Can't imagine why you have to park 8 miles away as alley parking is easily found per our instructions but I am happy to allow this review to serve as notice to all the large truck owners that Mission Beach and large trucks are not compatible. Just returned from a 2 1/2 week stay at this property, and we couldn’t be happier! The location (walk to Belmont Park and PB restaurants) and courtyard (sunsets!!) are definitely the highlight. But the property itself is simply wonderful. Comfortable, clean, updated, and equipped with beach toys/chairs and a ton of little unexpected things: coffee, spices, travel sunscreens, backup batteries and lightbulbs—everything you could want. And there’s an attached garage. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. Really the best of the best!

It was an amazing rental. Perfect for people watching, taking a jog , watching waves , relaxing on the porch and cooking in the kitchen. We could walk in either direction and find good coffee/breakfast spots. I would rent again.

Amazing location on the Strand! Great access to both Mission and Pacific Beach Restaurants, Shops, etc. If you like people watching, this is the place to chill!! The accommodations overall were excellent, including all basic essentials for the beach (chairs, towels, chairs, etc.). Would rent again with another couple as there is plenty of room.

Location, location, location! This place was exactly what we expected. We were a family of 3 adults and two toddlers. Pros: clean, as described and shown in photos, great location by the beach, all the beach gear you’ll need, comfortable beds, washer and dryer were great to have, spacious, private parking garage, kitchen had all the items you’ll need if cooking in including kid friendly plates and utensils, safe even if this busy area of Mission Beach, and amazing sunsets right from your patio! To call out: actually no cons, just some things to be aware of, but didn’t interrupt or affect our stay in any major way. No AC, but each room had plug in fans and the master and living room have very effective calling fans. A few of the burners on the grill didn’t work and couldn’t find a dish sponge or paper towels. Tight space garage, but we were able to fit our Ford Edge rental in diagonally. Overall, would rent again!

Amazing location! Lots to do and walkable. Love being able to jump right out onto the sand. The foot wash station on the patio was very helpful in keeping the inside clean during our stay. We spent so much time on the front patio, it was a great view, great people watching, plenty of seating, shade if you wanted it. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach to celebrate my birthday! The location was so convenient! The patio was perfect for us with two little kids in our group as it was totally enclosed! Seating on the patio is great and provides a great view of the beach. Every thing we needed was ready for us. They provided ample beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and there were even some boogie boards and sand toys! The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. And all the accommodations were very comfortable. We would definitely book again in the future!

Pacific Beach has always been my home away from home. This place was very close to it without being in the middle of all the commotion. Perfect location. Also walkable to Mission Beach. Loved hearing the ocean waves though the bedroom windows at night. Did not hear any noise from the residence above. Will look to stay here again, but it seems to be booked for the rest of the summer. So if you do find an opening, don’t hesitate to snatch it up!

What a perfect spot, right on the beach and so incredibly close to dining, coffee shops and bars. Having a garage to park in was a great bonus and the condo looked newly remodeled and was tastefully decorated. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The master bed and bath are on one side of the space giving added privacy. The outdoor space is cozy and the raised seating makes for great wave and people watching. We really appreciated the thatched umbrella for shade and it was easy to spot “home” from the beach or boardwalk because of the umbrella. Our host quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this sweet beach getaway and we hope to book again on our next visit to Mission Beach.

House was great. Location is perfect. Patio is great and the inside is as promised. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is a bit tight, but works... especially with kids. Garage is great to have, will not fit a large SUV, but there is room to leave the door open when parked if needed. I would rent it again and have friends that will be inquiring as well.

Wow, could not have been a more perfect vacation for my family. The location is absolutely unbeatable (you’re literally ON the Mission Beach boardwalk) and the house is completely stocked with everything you’d need (and more!). Our son lives in PB so we brought the family west for the holiday. The unit is well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare for Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable and we loved being right on the boardwalk and next to the beach. The hot water can run out but it regenerates very quickly. It wasn’t a problem for our group. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice, it was well stocked and had everything you would need. Lower rating for cleanliness due to sheets in master appeared to have not been changed based on hair & wrinkles but it was not an issue to wash them for piece of mind. The patio furniture was not comfortable at all & we didn’t find ourselves using it much because of that. This is a beautiful unit and I would recommend for sure!

This place was amazing. The location is exactly what I was looking for, right on the beach with an amazing ocean view. I knew it was a great place when my 15 year old daughter and her friend immediately started taking video and posting online for all of their friends to see the amazing views. It was all new and fully renovated. It had everything we needed like kitcken supplies, plenty of towels, privacy between rooms, the list goes on and on. They even had the grill completely clean and ready to go when we got there. I didn't have to clean it or anything. The patio was unlike any other around mission beach. You could stay on the patio and still watch your children play on the beach if you're not the type to want to stay on the sand like me. I only have two complaints. First, my truck is a normal size 4 door Tundra and I was not able to park in the garage because it was too long, so if you own a bigger type truck be aware that you may have to park on the public parking like me. Luckily it was only about one minute walk away. Second thing, the hot water doesn't last long. I recommend you take showers, but not two people at once between both bathrooms because the water will get cold. So the garage and cold water situation are my only two complaints, but not enough to prevent me from staying here again. I went all throughout the boardwalk and i didn't see anything that came close to the patio, interior and location. Outstanding place, highly recommended to anyone.

We came into town for business and like to try new places outside of a hotel. The location was amazing and the main reason we picked this place. The floor made our feet black but I am not sure if that was because of the sand or if it wasn’t cleaned recently. Rooms and beds were comfortable but couch needs some love. We covered it with bed sheets. If I was travel to stay by the beach and just wanted to use a place to sleep or sit on the patio with a view to relax this is a great location to that.

Overall, we had the best time staying at this rental for the last week! Property manager communicated with us leading up to, during and after our stay. Property was very clean, and amenities were well stocked. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), extra sheets, all the kitchen utensils/appliances needed and all of the things I am used to bringing (e.g. extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponges and soap etc.). Layout of the house was perfect for two families with two children each. Garage is very spacious (not big enough for a big truck or SUV but could easily park something compact and store your bikes); property even has nice Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. Location was the best part, close enough to walk to Belmont but away from the chaos and close to PB. I only gave check-in 4 stars because cleaner was there for an extra 90 minutes due to prior guests who were savages. We are already planning to re-book next summer, love this property!

Perfect location. Watched the sunsets and the morning fog burn off from the oceanside patio every day. Even an amazing view of a Spacex rocket launch from Vandenberge Airforce Base. Most importantly, my 2 year old daughter had the time of her life. She was completely safe exploring the patio and house. She loved the beach and weather. I will be coming back without a doubt.The location is perfect. We drove two cars, a mini countryman and Cadillac xts. They both fit in the garage. Anything longer will probably not though.

I recently stayed at a VRBO rental in Mission Beach, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The house was stunning, with impeccable lighting and breathtaking views right on the boardwalk. Watching the tide come in and enjoying coffee while witnessing the sunrises and sunsets was beyond amazing. The location was incredibly convenient; when we needed a break from the beach, we could retreat to one of the three beautiful bedrooms, all well-equipped with plenty of amenities. We never ran out of towels during our week-long stay, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils for cooking, including pots, pans, and wine glasses. The plastic wine glasses were a great touch, as they are perfect for taking outside to the patio without the worry of breakage. The condo was spotless and quiet, despite being a bottom-floor unit. We experienced no disturbances from neighbors above, and the nights were peaceful. In addition to the excellent indoor amenities, there was plenty of beach gear available, including beach towels, lounge chairs, toys, and boogie boards. The beds were very comfortable, and there was ample space for my group. We had a large family vacation, renting two homes this year, and this property was by far the best. It comfortably accommodated our family dinners for 12 people with the rental company's permission. Overall, our stay was amazing, and the house was simply gorgeous.I would recommend booking this property to anyone. We will book again!

Very easy check in, great location, the best patio we have been too at mission beach. We loved the tall chairs and would seat out every night and people watch as we watched the sun set. the patio was so good grandma could even watch the grandkids play at the beach from the patio. We will definitely be coming back.
