Awesome! Ocean view from your patio with the privacy of not being 1st house next to the boardwalk. Has chill bars as well a dance night life experience, rooftop bar/restaurants and local gem breakfast spots. 3 days is not enough to experience it all, highly recommend spot if you're renting compact car.

Awesome location right on the beach. Bathroom is nicely renovated. Has a free parking space big enough for a Tesla model Y but not much bigger. Parking is a hot commodity around this area. Great place to stay for a couple or solo traveler.

Can’t beat the location! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach which was just steps away from the unit, and we also enjoyed our time on the patio just watching and listening to the waves. We would’ve loved this listing for the location alone, but the room itself was also great. The space is small but it was setup efficiently, and was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It did feel warm at times but cooled easily when we opened the door. The room had a mini drip coffee pot, coffee filters, coffee, and sugar packets provided. The neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed restaurants and businesses which were also steps away. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again next time we visit!

Absolutely lovely little studio with perfect location for anyone that wants to be just a few steps from the beach. The studio is small but it is designed very well with a lot of nice amenities. Great host, very communicative and responsive, and everything was just smooth and simple. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway, I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Perfect space for a couple. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in an Airbnb. Extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. 10/10! Aaron provides everything you need to use the grill outside which was a highlight of our stay to make meals outside. This might sound strange but the heated smart toilet seat was awesome!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The studio was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect space for my boyfriend and me. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to great restaurants and the beach is right outside your door. The atmosphere inside the studio was warm and inviting, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cannot beat the location. right off the beach. Lots of food, drinks and fun within walking distance. The only down side was the lack of AC control. The room felt hot and humid most of the time. I was gone most of the time so it was not a serious problem. Overall a great stay. would recommend and would come back again.

The place was clean, comfy and just steps from the ocean. It’s in a lively neighborhood with plenty of food and beverage options. The parking spot is a little tight so be wary if you’re driving anything real big. We had Ford Edge and it worked out fine.

A small studio with great access to the beach with 10 steps. Easy access to the boardwalk. Able to hear the waves that were very calming and meditative. Aaron was very responsive and provided us recommendations of local eatery places. Amazing experience and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would recommend a stay as long as you are able to effectively use the rented space. Aaron was kind enough to allow early access but the code to access was automated and not able to get much earlier.

We had a great visit at Mission Beach! The place is small but exactly what we expected and location is amazing. Steps from the beach. What a view! Great places to eat nearby - rented a couple beach chairs and hit Olive’s for great brunch and coffees every morning. Highly recommend staying here.

Aaron’s Airbnb was perfect for our stay- we were only going to be in San Diego for 2 nights so we wanted to be close to the beach and restaurants so we didn’t have to waste too much time getting around. Everything was walking distance and the outside patio was perfect for morning views of the beach. The space was small (we knew this based on the description) but clean and we knew we weren’t planning to be inside much so it worked for our stay. We would definitely visit this spot again. Aaron was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall a great stay!

We absolutely loved it! It's close to everything. The studio is nestled a few short steps to the beach but still tucked behind the boardwalk where you feel you have privacy. Short walk to a ton of great restaurant's including one of the best burgers I've ever had at Rosemarie's and one of the best gyros I've ever had at Arslan's. Both are a must try. Aaron is also very quick to respond to any questions I've had was wonderful host. Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

I was allowed to check-in several hours early, however there was a miscommunication and the unit was not ready but I was at least able to drop my luggage off early and explore the area. The location is beautiful and convenient. Host was very responsive through text. I would just warn that you are on the bottom floor so you can hear the occupants upstairs. Luckily the only time it was loud was during the day when the housekeeper was cleaning, was not an issue for me but just be aware. Thanks

Some difficulty accessing the unit when code provided did not work, but the management company was responsive and we got in within 10 minutes. Wonderful beach location!! Walking distance to great restaurants. Grateful for beach towels and chairs provided. Excellent little place for a couple and the beach is beautiful. Only thing missing is a little cooler.

I was surprised that there were no fresh waters in fridge! At the very least If no welcome basket of snacks I have never rented a Airbnb where a few cold waters were not supplied The sink in bathroom leaked on counter space so I wish that was completely repaired correctly Private note to host on a few things aside from above ! Ultimately it was clean and fresh linens and towels looked and smelled fresh I am a big one on clean blankets sheets and towels Suggesting different bathroom soap for sure to wash hands with but I did bring my own so it all worked out Fantastic location and all the neighbors were very nice and respectful on noise…

The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was clean and right on the beach, great location. Everything was clean and the shower is nice. It is a small place with only one closet and 2 small end tables, so prepare to pack light. We did fit 4 people in here for one night but it was a squeeze and would be difficult for any length of time. The patio is really nice, great view of the ocean.

Diane's place is literally steps away from the beach...and a short walk (10mins) from some great restaurants. The space is small, so wouldn't do more than two people ..but it was comfortable, clean and safe. The location is superb. The only caution is the parking space is very small and the street where it's located is very narrow. We got our rented Jeep Grand Cherokee in the carport, but it wasn't easy. there's a neighbor directly across from Diana's parking space who has a white gate. He let us open it so we could back into his driveway to help line up to get into Diane's space, and that saved us. Don't be afraid to ask him...he will leave his gate open to help you get in and out. we enjoyed our stay...and opened the windows slightly to hear the surf all night! Perfect spot for a couple!

The actual unit is wonderful. Recent upgrades are perfect! The bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for the two of us. It is the perfect location as the beach is steps away and restaurants are very close. No need to drive anywhere and we loved that we had on site parking. The only draw back is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the next unit.
