Our stay was fantastic! For reference, our group was 2 adults + 3 kids. The kids counted 35 steps to the beach which makes a beach day so easy to run back and forth to the home. Our favorite part was the patio - a wonderful extension of the indoor space and enjoyed by us everyday! Communication with Aaron was easy. The rental was clean and one of the most well-stocked rentals we've ever stayed out. There were beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, balls, and a cooler. Both bedrooms had full-size dressers and the rental has plenty of tucked away shelving - everyone was able to unpack their suitcases completely. The owner supplied paper products and cleaning products, which was helpful since we flew in and didn't have to purchase that for a week long stay. Parking: We were able to fit a Nissan Kicks in the garage, which was ideal as street parking is packed. The garage is tight, but great to have the amenity for this rental.

We had the BEST stay at Aaron’s place in Mission Beach! The location truly doesn’t get better — stepping onto the front porch with a full beach view was such a treat. The porch itself is super cute and quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. And the sunsets… absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sky light up over the ocean each night was unforgettable and made the whole trip feel extra special. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Aaron was a fantastic host — communicative, welcoming, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Mission Beach getaway!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It was such a treat to be so close to the ocean and enjoy the view from the patio. I really loved staying here and would definitely recommend it. A couple of things to note for future guests: • The listing mentions that the garage is small, and it truly is. I had hoped a mid-size SUV would fit, but it was about three inches too large. A smaller car would be needed to park fully inside. That said, the garage was still very helpful for unloading and loading. • I didn’t cook during my stay, but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked with plates, pans, and cups. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking to be near the ocean.
