La Jolla Beach Cottage Private Guest Suite

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home is beautifully maintained and perfectly located, right in the heart of everything La Jolla, which made our trip incredibly convenient. We were in town celebrating my aunt’s 80th birthday, with events throughout La Jolla, and we were able to walk to all of them with ease. The outdoor space was amazing, such a great place to relax and spend time together as a family. We especially appreciated all the beach equipment; it made our beach outings so easy and enjoyable. The guest house was also a fantastic addition, giving us extra space and privacy for our group. We stayed with my husband, our two kids, my mom, and my older brother, and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. As someone training for a marathon, I was also thrilled to discover a running trail just about a block away! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again.

This place is great. We had my wife’s father with us and the casita was perfect for him, while we stayed in the main house with the kids. Location is perfect: a short walk to the beach and some shops and coffee, while a slightly longer walk gets you to all La Jolla has to offer. Loved the Sunday farmers market right nearby.

The house was perfect, suited all our needs and a walkable distance to the beach, some nice restaurants nearby, particularly the Flower pot. Close to a lovely cinema and concert hall, good supermarket etc Just one point, as is the case for many parts of America, you do need a car.

Our group of nine (six adults and three children) stayed at Aaron’s place for two nights, and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Aaron was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and several great local restaurants. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to La Jolla.

Great spot to spend a few days when in San Diego. Being able to walk to coffee, groceries and the beach was super nice. The place was very clean and everything was in working order.

We loved this place. The location was great. The house was within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The house had great amenities, and everything we needed for our trip. The guest suite was great for our in-laws. It was a great place to stay with our young children. We would definitely go back to this house in a future San Diego visit.

Loved the stay! The construction next door was a struggle only because they started at 7Am sharp, however, they were done by 3-4 everyday! It’s an incredible location, and overall we had a great time!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb, short walk to the beach, the growers market. Beautiful setting, great patio areas for hanging out. Very spacious, we felt right at home. Will definitely look at staying again on our next San Diego trip.

We stayed here with two kids (nearly 3 and 9 mo). Highly recommend this property with or without kids. Very comfortable. Amazing backyard for kids to play in and the table on the back porch was perfect for dinners most nights. Lots of amenities. La Jolla was amazing. Hope to come back soon. There is a construction project next door (residential, not commercial) but they did not do any work at all durning our stay (5 days). Seems worth mentioning but I would not let that impact your decision. 10/10. Great trip.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants and cafes. The space was very spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out exploring. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Very cute cottage within walking distance of the beach and a lot of yummy restaurants. The house is actually much larger than it seems at first and the casita in the back is a great addition! The host was great about communicating and the cottage is well stocked.My only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on and the house felt a bit cold at times.
