This place was beautiful and very clean. The view of the ocean is amazing—you can even sit inside in the living room and still enjoy it. There’s also a nice lawn chair outside, and across the street there are benches where people relax and take in the scenery. The hosts were responsive, though the checkout instructions felt a bit strict (taking out the trash without large bags felt like a challenge, loading dishes, running the dishwasher, etc.). That said, it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, it’s a gorgeous place. My family had a great time, we absolutely loved it, and we would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed the stay. The views of the ocean are amazing and sitting area outside relaxing. Having a dedicated spot in the parking garage was an unexpected bonus. Cafes restaurants and bars were walking distance. I have never booked the same house before on Airbnb but we can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

This was an absolutely fantastic AirBnB. the views were incredible. I could spend all day looking at the ocean and surfers right out the window. Perfect for family of four with enough beds and two bathrooms. We could walk to the ocean barefoot from the airBnB if we wanted. I hope we get a chance to come back. Thank you.

The place was very nice. Kitchen appliances and cooking tools were well stock which made the stay very comfortable with the ability to do home cooking. We enjoy the location; the view and beach access were great. The bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. even though we did not us all the bedrooms. \nAaron is a great host. He was prompt in responding to our questions prior and during our stay. I would recommend renting this place.

A beautiful and relaxing weekend escape. The walking trail by the sea is just immediately behind the building; the back beach access makes it even more convenient. Spectacular sunset from our unit's oversized windows. Excellent luxury kitchen appliances and work area which made preparing and cooking food enjoyable!

This property was beyond our expectations. It was the perfect location for morning walks and drinking coffee in the private patio while watching the surfers and people walk by. Hearing the waves crashing into the rocks during the day and night was a plus and music to my ears. This home was clean, comfortable and very spacious with an open concept. The views from the living room were stunning as we could clearly see the ocean and sunsets. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Our host was awesome; he gave clear instructions, and we appreciated his quick response to everything we needed. We honestly couldn't have picked a better home to vacation in. Great location, good views from the unit. It was easy to check in and the property has a good safe garage with reserved parking spot to park. The host communicated clearly and promptly. The only thing that could have gone better for us is the second bedroom. It is really not a bedroom, but in my opinion, a 8x5 closet (no windows) with bunk beds - not ideal for a couple. Except for the second bedroom issue, it was a perfect stay for us!

Wow!! This property was incredible and we had an amazing stay. The location and views are unbeatable!! You can’t get any closer to the ocean and beach access was steps away. Floor to ceiling windows look directly at the ocean and line up almost perfectly with the area where all the surfers wait in the water to “catch a wave.” The property itself was pristine and fully stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, grill, etc. The area is safe, quiet, very walkable, and close to everything. Garage parking was a huge plus. I can’t wait to return : ) Thank You !!

Nice condo, beautiful location but terrible instructions. Had to call 4 times before I got a call back to enter the property - the gal who called was condescending. Another guest in the building said he had the exact same experience when he arrived. The host doesn't provide instructions through the Airbnb app - you have to go to separate texts from random numbers to new links just to get instructions for very weird locks. The actual unit doors do not lock without re-logging in on your phone with all the weird links. I get having good security but excessive and not user friendly security is a turn off on vacation.

I will say, however, if there was another guest in the building, he was not our guest (we only manage the unit you were staying in), therefore his contribution to the conversation is irrelevant. We actually send the one and only link you need for your stay in the confirmation message. That's it :) and you don't need to access the link every time you leave; you can lock the door manually by touching one button on the keypad. Again, sorry this was confusing for you and hopefully it can be explained better next time! -VRBA

Stunning view of crashing waves and Surfers was a delight. Deck at big wide window area where you can drop mattress and sleep with that view was USP of this place. Would loved to have another bath with shower but it was fine for our stay of 2 days. Overall I would recommend this place for typical San Diego vacation and relax.

Great location with a view of the ocean. You get to fall sleep to the waves. Access to an enclosed garage is a huge plus. The apartment is super clean with plenty of towels and beddings. The bathroom shower is very refreshing. Make sure to check in through guest portal for all information related to the rental, such as WiFi password and all the access codes. The mattresses are a little soft if you prefer a more stiff mattress but it’s a matter of preference. This is a great rental, definitely will book again.

The place has a beautiful view of the ocean. Steps close to the beach. Appreciate the early check-in. High-end appliances. Tall steps in the living room to the two beds. Not recommended for elderly people. Was not warned that the elevator is not reliable until the day before check in. Had issues with the check-in codes but was quickly resolved.

Aaron was amazing with his communication, had a small issue with the bbq and needed some more gas, he was very responsive and organised it very quickly. Highly recommended him and this property. Amazing sunset location. Could not find a better spot to have a drink and watch the waves and relax. Definitely would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. We took our 4 boys and they loved waking up to the amazing views of the ocean and watching the surfers each morning. It was nice to walk across the street to the beach. The rental was very clean. We will come back and stay at this location again.

The view and sunset are amazing! The location is great. It’s within walking distance to a couple of cafes and bars. Parking was not an issue. The host is available and communicates responsively. You should note that the second bedroom is within the first in a closet and there is not privacy. It was not an issue for us as we loved hearing the ocean and slept on the beds in the living room overlooking it. I’d book again and the view is truly unbeatable! It was an experience that was unique and very special.

Die Wohnung von Aaron ist wirklich an einer Top-Lage und hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Insbesondere die Gallerie mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer war traumhaft. Auch der Strand mit schönen Wellen und den vielen Surfern war ein Highlight. Was weniger schön war, war der Baulärm des Nachbarns (Tagwache um 07:00 Uhr) und das winzige Kinderzimmer. Hier empfiehlt es sich, auf der Gallerie zu übernachten - Wenn die Kinder genug gross sind.

One of the best beach houses I have ever lived in! This house right on the pacific coast made my trip memorable with family and friends! Waking up to sunrise and watching sunset in evening while having a cup of tea made my trip wholesome! Thank you so much for letting us stay in the house!

Nice place with ocean views. It’s wonderful waking up to such nice views. Place was as described and included everything we needed. Easy to find and parking available. All we had to do was walk across the street to a beach. There’s a hose to rinse off your feet before stepping into the complex.

We chose this rental as it was close to MCRD for graduation. This place had it all: beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and it was spacious enough for our extended family. I received several text messages with helpful information leading up to our stay. There is a beach across the street and chais and towels were provided. Garage parking was provided, but you could easily find parking on the street in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything.

You can’t beat the ocean view!!! Absolutely stunning view of the ocean, literally steps away from Windansea beach. Our favorite place to hang out was the comfy mattress and plentiful pillows on the indoor deck. We easily found parking on the street, and although there was construction happening right need door, it didn’t bother us one bit. We were out and about most of the day and mainly came back in the evening. While the place didn’t feel pristine—we did find a dirty tissue on the floor upon check-in—and the 24-hour advance check-out notice seemed a bit premature given we were only there for two nights, the location alone made it an absolutely unforgettable experience.

The place is beautiful- stunning views of the ocean. Quiet area at night. There is construction next door but the folks get there at 9’ish & we’re an early family so we were usually up and out by then. The upstairs neighbors are also pretty quiet so you’ll barely hear them. Aaron & his team were great at communicating & at resolving our WiFi issue fast. They called with updates which was so appreciated. Definitely can’t beat the location & the place is as pictured. My son also got to use the body board that they have there. I didn’t see it listed but there are beach toys for the kiddos :) we look forward to staying there again or in one of their many places.

One of the best AirBNB experiences I have had. The place was beautiful, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The BBQ had a full tank of propane too! The full size mattresses in the living room were wonderful and we took full advantage of them for napping, as well as for night time sleeping. The bedrooms were a little odd- but that's not uncommon in a beach cottage. The only suggestion I would make is to add a barn door to the Master bedroom to separate it from the hallway. Also, it would be helpful to clarify in the description that the second bedroom with the bunkbeds is actually a converted walk-in closet - it's perfectly fine, but we were a bit surprised by the size. Great stay in an absolutely amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we ended up staying an extra night! Great location and good value. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, the market is a 10 minute walk away. The ocean views are incredible! Shops and restaurants are very nearby. There is construction going on directly next door, the crew shows up early and it can get a little loud. It didn’t bother us as we’re early birds. All in all, great location, very nice space. Would rent again!!

**Review for 6722 Vista Del Mar Ave, La Jolla, CA 92037, USA** I recently stayed at this beautiful property in La Jolla and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen and living areas are great, and the bedrooms are cozy with very comfortable beds. The outdoor patio is ideal for enjoying sunsets. Aaron, the owner, was responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in La Jolla!

This place was fantastic! The views of the ocean from the living room were incredible. Everything we needed was provided, and the place was very clean. Access to the ocean was directly across the street, and a delicious coffee/bagel shop was a short walk away. Can't wait to stay again!

This house is in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views. The apartment was open and spacious with a great living room and kitchen space. The code for garage access never worked for us, but this was a minor issue. We did have some cleanliness issues, which the host was responsive to, however we didn’t have availability to wait for a cleaner to come back out. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again.
