Such a cute spot! We came for a little staycation and everything was perfect. The space was open and very clean. It’s in a very walkable area especially if you’re visiting Balboa Park or the zoo and it’s a short drive from Hillcrest and North Park for food, shopping and nightlife. It’s close enough to the hustle and bustle while still being on a peaceful and quiet street. Checking in and out was super easy and Aaron was responsive and friendly. Adorable duplex, cute furnishings, the best location EVER...so easy to get not only to Balboa Park, but short driving distances to harbor and tours. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking. Lots of walkable options to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy street parking especially at night. I didn't even need to use the garage. New appliances and a reasonable selection of ingredients if you want to do your own cooking. Split-system heating and a/c units work very well and are available in bedroom, kitchen, and living room. I'd probably even live here if it was for sale or rent.

The location is exceptional. The neighborhood is safe and easy to get around. All the attractions at Balboa Park are very close. We used public transportation to get around without any problem. Grocery stores are about a mile away (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Sprouts). Although we did not drive, there was garage parking on the property (and a washer and dryer in the garage). We would stay here again. San Diego is a wonderful place to visit.

Logement parfait pour une de la longue durée: c'est spacieux, agréable et la cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut (presse purée, mixeur, cuiseur à riz etc). Aucun soucis de voisinage! Le quartier est sympa, en marchant 10 minutes on arrive sur les bars et restaus de Cresthill ou sur les attractions du Balboa park.

The house is in a great location by Balboa Park and across the street from a school. It shares a nice backyard with the unit next to it. There was plenty of parking even when school was in session. The house was well-equipped and a nice place to stay.

We loved this location for our family vacation to Balboa Park. Aaron and team were fantatistic at communicating prior to our arrival and provided information on baby rental items and grocery delivery. It's a very walkable location and close to public transit. The apartment was great! Everything was cleaned, the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. The location was also perfect for us with a lot of restaurants nearby. Just the parking garage and driveway was to small to drive into in our opinion, but you could easily park on the street. We did notice a few ants inside the apartment at the entrance door, but the owner told us not worry about it because it’s normal over here in San Diego. We‘re happy and would definitely stay here again!

As a local San Diegan needing to find a place to stay temporary in such a short period of time: this was it. Those coming to visit San Diego, I highly recommend this place! You’d be literally right by the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, both great places to visit while staying here. You’d also be 5 mins away from Downtown. The location is just simply PRIME! You wouldn’t think you were staying in the City. Thats how peaceful it is. The listing is exactly as described. Felt like home! And Aaron was super responsive and helpful. This place was PERFECT for my grandson and me, in EVERY WAY. centrally located to everything and easy to get back "home." We parked on the street right in front of the place, every time. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well stocked and welcoming. We walked to the zoo in just 12 minutes! We had a 3-day CityGo pass which allowed is to visit many places in SanDiego, and maps helped return us in a matter of minutes. Aaron sent multiple messages welcoming, offering help if needed and a thanks on departure. We had a wonderful stay! We recommend Aaron's place!

We had a wonderful stay enjoying walking to the zoo as well as being only a few minutes from some great restaurants. We loved Mabel’s Gone Fishing and Trust and would recommend them highly. Tribute Pizza was also great if you’re looking for a more kid friendly dinner. Short walk to the Hillcrest farmers market for lunch or to grab fruit and snacks for your stay. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen and front room very relaxing. We will be back next time we come to the west coast. The team were very quick to respond with any questions and we were able to extend our stay one night when family plans in Oceanside got changed.

Loved the space. Was nice that it also had private parking. I wasn’t aware that we would be sharing a wall with the other unit. Neighbors were a little noisy but the renters allowed us to message if they were too noisy. Clean space, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, easy access, and best of all, it is walking distance from the San Diego zoo. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this place. I am always wondering if the place I pick is in a good neighborhood and this was! It was les than a 10 minute walk to the zoo, so easy to get to and we walked to where the restaurants were at as well. Loved the setup of the place and the backyard was nice to sit and relax. The location was perfect to go to Coronado Island and back and not feel so far away. Would definitely go back!

Excellent place to stay if you’re heading to San Diego. Close to naval hospital and San Diego zoo plus an easy drive to down town, Coronado, and La Jolla. Well worth the price and the perfect place if you have an extended stay and want a place that feels like home. Highly recommend this stay.

In terms of location, you can’t get much better. Being able to walk to the zoo and easily drive to other San Diego hotspots was great. Home was very cozy and cute. Only downsides were that we could hear the neighbors sharing the duplex with us and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. We still really enjoyed our stay.

Aaron’s place is lovely. The living room is clean and spacious. Kitchen and bar area are great place to hang out with family and friends. It is fully furnished and equipped with all necessities. We had a great time here. Moreover, the location is super cool. A couple of minutes to walk to San Diego zoo and Balboa park. Easy drive to North Park for trendy restaurants and coffee shops. We absolutely love this place.
