Aaron’s place was all around wonderful. Close to the beach and the bay, walking distance to restaurants & entertainment, and very peaceful neighborhood. There was an issue with tv and they responded right away and had a resolution sent over the next day. Thank you again Aaron and look forward to staying with you again.

A very nice place, the bicycles were great. Having three bathrooms was handy. The balcony is shared space, so you have to navigate a little. The TV would not stay connected to WIFI, though our devices did. We couldn't get the garage entry to open. Everything else was perfect, with beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. (Decent waves) Note that it has a lot of stairs and is only a block from the beach, which is expansive and clean, with a nice bike path. The roller coaster was closed for construction repairs. There are shops a short ride down the bike path.

Beautiful place and perfect for our family! The location was amazing and super close to the beach with lots to do nearby. Aaron was very responsive and helpful the entire time. Great spot if you want to explore San Diego but still stay close to the beach. Wonderful experience overall!

Great place to stay in SD Very Close to the beaches , quiet neighbourhood and closed garage parking. 6 of us stayed here comfortably , 3 floors and lots of space for everyone. Fully functional kitchen. Each level had a balcony and the roof is setup for relaxed viewing and bbq grill. It was walkable from stores and many food options. Bunch of cycles and boogie boards to enjoy too.

Our stay at this Mission Beach gem was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location simply couldn't be better! Right in the heart of Mission Beach with stunning views of both the beach and the bay from the amazing rooftop deck. The property itself was immaculately clean. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the listing. What really set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality. Our host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The guest portal was a game-changer… it was packed with fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to do in the area. We discovered some amazing spots we never would have found on our own! It was truly a special place with all the amenities you could want. Can’t wait to go back!
