Had a great stay at this home in Mission Beach. Great location walking distance to the waterfront. There are lots of relatively tall stairs in the home, so be prepared! The garage is great for 1 car but may be a snug fit for 2. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make food at home, family friendly. Bathrooms could use some updating/repairs/deep cleaning, but otherwise generally very serviceable. Communication and home access very straightforward. Nice outdoor picnic table to sit and relax with your family at. The room configurations are exactly as described - 1 larger room w/ bunk beds may be good for 1 family, and another family may have to split up into the upstairs shared bathroom room and the kitchen attached room.

The location is definitely fantastic. Easy to walk everywhere. The host was the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever had with a rental. We had a small problem with the shower and he got a maintenance person out there within a few hours and took care of it. Which we all much appreciated.

It was a great stat, short walk to any place we needed to go in PB. 1 block from the beach and can watch the waves from front patio. Multiple balconies and very clean Airbnb.

We soooo enjoyed our stay here! We booked it the night before on a whim and we got an amazing deal on the airbnb! I’m honestly not sure we would pay the original price for this rental on any airbnb in the area- despite it being great! We did message directly about some opportunities I felt the airbnb could use, which reflects my star rating. What really stood out is that the team worked with me when we left our skimboard there and had a friend come pick it up before any other guests come to check in and I was so appreciative of that. Overall would stay here again. 🩷

Location, location, location. You are literally one minute from Mission Beach. The area is wonderful! Great places to eat, the beach and boardwalk. The house is comfortable but being a 3 level house so close to the beach is narrow, so there areas to hangout inside are not too big and the living room is kind of dark. There is a large table to sit outside that is awesome. For us, the main issue was the lack of A/C as the days we went were really hot. There are fans in every room and depending on the weather and heat tolerance might not be a big deal but for us it made it a bit uncomfortable. The host was very responsive. Beds are comfortable. So this is a great house to be super close to the beach, enjoy the area and come back to sleep.

Great location! Would’ve given 5 stars but it appeared that there was some miscommunication for our early check in. There was some mess left from the previous party there. Including a broken coffee table that was never moved or replaced and a LOT of flies. Flies were dealt with quickly with fly traps which we were happy about. But only reasons I couldn’t give 5 stars. Overall we had a great time simply because of the amazing location of this home.

The hosts were excellent. The only complaint was that there was loud construction we were not aware of prior to booking happening right next door, which kept some of our guests up. Otherwise this was a great experience!

This place was perfect for our group of seven (four adults and three kids). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotless. The third-floor bedrooms provided a great space for the kids and us parents, while the second-floor bedroom was ideal for the grandparents. The garage was a huge bonus, especially since parking in the area is limited. However, if you have a large vehicle like a truck or Suburban, it may be a tight fit—our rented minivan fit just fine. Lastly, Aaron was an excellent host—responsive, proactive, and attentive. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, this is it!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It was clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We loved the patio for evening cocktails and morning coffee. The kids loved the proximity to the beach. I do specifically want to mention the beds and linens. They were the softest and nicest of any place we have stayed in a long time! Lots of pillows, fluffy soft comforter, and a really nice mattress! Have already recommended this place to friends for future stays.

Amazing communication with the host and easy check-in. The location is so perfect - easy access to the beach and very close to the bay. Loved that beach chairs, a boogie board and beach towels were provided. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great for kids. They and their parents stayed in the bedrooms on the top floor and I (grandmother) stayed in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The house was very clean, parking was fine, easy to get in and out of the garage. The beach was just a short walk away. Check-in was easy. Communications with the host were great. They quickly brought us some needed sheets for the sofa bed. We loved our stay at this house.
