Luxurious Beach Retreat Just 100 steps to the sand

Good stay, it’s close the beach which is great but keep in mind if your driving, there’s little to no parking once it gets dark, it took me about 25 mins to find parking

We had a great time in Mission Beach. The home was just as described. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed too. Neighborhood was quiet. So easy to walk to either the ocean side or the bay side and we took advantage of both! We enjoyed having access to all the beach needs in the storage area in the courtyard. We did not rent a car and we were glad to not have the hassle as parking was very hard to find during Spring Break. Uber/Lyft was super convenient and got us where we needed to go without much delay.

Wspaniała i spokojna lokalizacja, mieszkanie na 1 pietrze domu. Bardzo komfortowe, wygodne lozka, przestronna i w pelni wyposażona kuchnia. Po prawej ocean po lewej przystań. W pralni wszystkie dostepne akcesoria dla dzieci jak i dla doroslych. Lezaki, kola do plywania, deski itp. Znalazlam nawet hantle do cwiczen. Bardzo udany pobyt.

Had an amazing stay here! Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, kitchen fully stocked and the house was decorated very nicely giving the perfect beach house vibe. Walkable to both the bay and boardwalk lots of great restaurants and coffee shops across the way. We really enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to book this air bnb again.

great place to stay! lots of walkable places to eat. beach is less than a 3 minute walk. lots of amenities and even boogie boards to use included during your stay. we didnt mind paying extra to check in earlier but just an fyi for others- it does cost some money to check in earlier or check out later. nonetheless, great stay and beautiful area.

We would highly recommend this rental for a Mission Beach/Bay vacation. The host Aaron was easy to work with and it's obvious has thought through all the detail in how this unit is organized and decorated. 3 of us spent 3 nights there and it was the perfect place sandwhiched right between the beach and the bay in a quiet area. Beds were comfortable, everything felt cleaning including all the kitchen stuff, and the colors made it feel open and airy. Right downstairs is their private laundry room with shared beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand towns for kids. The washer and dryer are free to use if needed during certain hours. The location was perfect. This will be the first place we look when we return to this area.

Solid place - host was very communicative. Tucked away, a little challenging to find but wasn’t an issue at all. Overall the condo was in great shape. I will say the location is amazing for out of towners that want to experience Mission Beach - walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and the beach.

This place was great. Looked like the photos. We found parking pretty easily on the street. It is an upstairs unit so you have to carry your luggage up a flight, but the rental was great. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay at the apartment and fantastic location for enjoying the beach. Well equipped apartment with everything you need for a family trip. Fair amount of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby or within a short drive. Supermarket is close by car. Quite a bit of free street parking in the vicinity but needs a bit of patience (but always found a space within 19 minutes within a 10 minute or less walk).

The initial place was beautiful and clean, the description to the location was easy to understand had no problems at check in, the ac worked perfectly, the house amenities were great!, the coffee they had available was really good, but the only con was parking availability is really bad to the point that we got a parking ticket!

Unfortunately, staying at the beach in the summer (while amazing!) does come with parking challenges. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man braucht und die Informationen vom Gastgeber waren sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Zudem haben wir die gut funktionierende WIFI-Verbindung und die sehr professionelle Buchungsabwicklung sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Schade war nur, dass es keinen privaten Parkplatz gibt, denn es war täglich extrem schwierig, einen freien Parkplatz in angemessener Gehdistanz zu finden. Wenn man das Fahrzeug aber nicht so oft nutzt wie wir, ist dies nicht weiter störend.

The place was perfect for what we had planned in SD. Super close to the beach and with amenities to go to the beach if you don’t have any. Also has a place to wash all the sand off before entering the place. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again! Only downside is parking but other than that it’s great!

Very cozy spot steps from the beach on one side and bay on the other. In a quiet area. Recommend renting the golf carts advertised in the rental as it saves so much walking! Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to relax. Looking forward to returning!

Great location, close to the sand and activities at Belmont. Lots of food options. The property is safe, cozy and clean. Only downside is parking but we were able to manage that without much issue. It comes with the area. The rental staff was responsive whenever we had questions. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. It is an upstairs unit. Steps leading up to apartment are easily manageable and spaced nicely. Very clean, spacious, a/c and heater unit, small portable heaters for the rooms in winter which is when we visited. There are celing fans as well. Beds and bedding are top-notch. Plenty of restaurants nearby with a variety of options (Mexican, Italian, and American food). Owner gave clear and encompassing instructions. Street parking was the only drawback. Fortunately, we were there in the winter so parking was a little easier to find. Be mindful of the signs and which side of the road you park (for street cleaning days) or you will get a ticket. Overall, this rental is very much worth it. I would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Aaron was easy to get a hold of and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The location was great, lots of walking options for the beach and local restaurants. Parking was a bit of a challenge at night; however, we appreciated the suggestion to park at the Women’s club on the weekend since it was the only parking we could find. No complaints and would gladly stay again!

Property is just as described and was well stocked. We enjoyed both the bay side and the ocean side of mission beach and I would definitely stay here again. Aaron was really responsive and answered all of my questions really quickly. Unless I plan on driving any significant distance, I wouldn't get a rental car again. Parking is a pain, but manageable, however, I really didn't need the car for anything besides the drive to and from the airport. Even SeaWorld is 10 minutes away and there are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. We had fun on the scooters and bikes available for rent in the area, but remember your hand sanitizer if sharing stuff bothers you. Great trip and fun memories. We will be back!

Small place but great location for the beach and bay activities. The pull out couch has seen better days but otherwise the apartment was great, and what really made me happy about it was the supply room with free beach chairs and umbrellas to use. That was a really nice perk for someone coming from across the country to visit.

This place was great. No issues at all. It was nice. During our time we had 3 different neighbors below us and all 3 were loud but that was great. We wanted to be loud too. Slept great in the beds. Beach and decent food right nearby. Not that big but perf for 2 freinds or 2 couples. Enjoy!!!

Aarons property was clean and perfect for our needs. We didn’t spend much time in the condo, mostly just a nice landing spot after exploring San Diego each day! It was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. It's on the bay side and I think I pictured it a little closer to the water, but that was just my assumption. The parking is tricky but we lucked out and didn't have a lot of trouble with that. My only suggestions are an info binder and a quick clean of the living room upholstery. It's a cute condo!

The location of this property is perfect to enjoy both Mission Beach and the bay. The property includes use of beach chairs and boogie boards which were a hit with the kids. The only downside is the lack of parking but we just took Uber where we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again.

Cozy 2nd floor unit, steps from two beaches. Was perfect for girls birthday weekend trip. Close grocery store (1 mile) and safe neighborhood. We loved having access to beach chairs and beach towels. Thanks Aaron!

The property was clean and nice location within walking distance of the beach. The lack of a designated parking space was really difficult at times as it was very busy and my family member has a difficult time walking.

Really nice location to the beach and close retail. It was really hard to find at night, so if you come at night then plan to get out and walk around to find it. Parking was 2/3 of a mile away for our whole trip, so that was inconvenient, but if you don’t have a vehicle then a nice location. Lost power for a while one night.

My college aged daughter and I were looking for a place to getaway and relax to give me a break from work and her from her studies. This place was perfect. Excellent location and truly as advertised a gem. Easy walking distance to both ocean and the bay. Bike rentals within a couple of blocks as well as a nice selection of restaurants (Olive was a favorite for their delicious açaí bowls!) Also very easy to get an Uber from Mission Blvd - and also easily able to get InstaCart grocery delivery. Hoping to visit again as it really was a fantastic respite. Thank you Aaron and Kathy!

One of the best things about this property is the location. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, so easy to carry things over or to run back to the property. It is also located in between Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, which makes it much easier to find an open and uncrowded spot on the beach when it is a busy weekend. Another excellent feature of this property is the beach equipment available to use. No one wants to use up space in the car when you travel for beach chairs or umbrellas! The home was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed.
