Not only was this place everything we expected, but the hosts made it so much more! They were so sweet and understanding, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They have beach supplies available to borrow and even provides a schedule to view the fireworks from the Outlook on the 3rd floor. Would not hesitate to book with them again! I appreciate you guys.

Great stay! Our highlight was the rooftop deck! Such a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The back courtyard was beautiful, too, and had so many small fun activities to do. The courtyard is a common space, but we had more than enough time to ourselves there!

Don't hesitate to book this place. It is a gem. The host is extremely friendly and the place is immaculate! I don't understand some of the other reviews on here where people have been very rude. nothing but great amenities and great service and a great location. Would definitely stay again

This listing was just a short drive to the local beaches and several restaurants. Clean space with all amenities listed plus some snacks. The parking is rather tight, so as mentioned in the listing compact cars only, but if there is any issue the host has great communication.

Place was in a good location and host was nice & responsive. The internet connection was horrible which made it hard to do remote work there, and there were gnats flying around the space.

Elise, apologies about the internet. There is a hardline and mesh extender in the unit that provides excellent coverage. Had you reached out during your stay we could have directed you to it. As for the gnats that is typically from leaving the French doors open and they are only active at dusk (not much we can do about common pests other than instruct you how to avoid them). This little gem was perfect for us. Beautiful layout- lots of local places in bay park to support and all in walking distance. Everything was very clean and well kept. The Murphy bed was super comfy! Will definitely be staying again. 10/10 book it!

Our first Air BnB. We were getting married that weekend. Looked for a great place with easy entrance, inexpensive, and great lighting. A little smaller than what we thought. Great location & great space for couples. We loved the location, it was located 5/10mins away from every thing we wanted to do. The space was clean & cozy. Aaron was very responsive & friendly. Great communication. Parking is tight. The bed was not the best. Walls are thin, you can hear what’s going on in the upstairs apartment.

Thank you so much for an incredible stay! This was my first time visiting San Diego, and I’m always a little nervous at first when I travel somewhere I’ve never been before. This space is really comfortable and actually felt very roomy. The hosts are so sweet and welcoming! They even invited us to their barbecue on the 4th. The bed and chairs are great places to lounge and the “kitchen” is really well stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

this was a nice stay for those wanting to stay around Mission Bay/SeaWorld area. the hosts seem nice. they messaged us to see if we were checked in and we're on top of communication. you can hear through the walls/upstairs quite a bit and that's probably the only downside. the rooftop is very relaxing and the Murphy bed was super comfortable. we slept great. and we felt super safe in the area we were in. thanks for a nice stay.

This was a great place to stay for 2 people! It was super clean and the area was close to everything. We only drove 10-20 minutes to get to downtown, La Jolla, etc. The walls are shared so you can hear footsteps at times and talking but it was not too bad. I found it hard to park on the driveway as it was pretty tight and we would have to squeeze out of the car to make sure we didn’t hit the car or gate on either side. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this for couples! Kathy was also very kind and communicative which we appreciated.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient- 10 minutes from the airport, a cute little coffee shop is walking distance, right around the corner from the highways, etc. Kathy was very kind and available for any needs. I’d like to note that foot steps and voices are audible through the walls at times, but it was not a bother to us as all was quiet at bedtime. The bed that pulls down from the wall was comfortable. The roof top deck was so so great to have!!! We are glad we found this place.

Great location and value. When we stayed, the TV came included with a lot of different streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.) that we were able to enjoy. Just keep in mind that the kitchen area is on the smaller side (1 hot plate + mini fridge), so it's better to keep the meals simple.

Everything we wanted to do was within ~20 mins or less, so the location was almost perfect. We misread that the listing was connected to another home, so check-in was a little confusing. After rereading how to check-in, it was really easy. Kathy was super helpful and nice. We loved the extra snacks and drinks waiting for us in the room when we checked in. Although the outdoor spaces are shared, when we did utilize them, we were the only ones there. The view was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in. Clear instructions on how to access the unit. Roof top deck was amazing and I got to see the fireworks from Sea World. Street parking was easy but very dark at night, so be careful if traveling alone.

Great use of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable mattress, nice amenities including coffee, snacks, etc. There is a path light outside the apartment which didn’t get turned off until 2a on Saturday morning…highly recommend an eye mask because the light illuminates the room making it very hard to sleep. Otherwise, a comfortable apartment.

Beautiful private spot! The place is spotless and super clean. A nice, I think king size, Murphy bed that folds up to the wall if you need more room. Plenty of seating. I stayed while needing to work and was able to get things done! The view from the third story balcony is to die for! The on site managers are so sweet and right there if you need anything. I had the hot water turned to the wrong side when I took a shower and thought the hot water didn’t work, so don’t be like me ????? in any case, they came down and helped me! Aaron is always available by the air bnb app as well and helped me out too. They have parking as well! Huge bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Comfortable place and great location. Best bed on our trip. Keep in mind that the rooftop balcony is shared with other guests. Shower got really hot but turned cold after a few minutes. If you wait it out a couple minutes, the hot water comes back. Overall, we enjoyed our three night stay and would stay again.

This property is exactlyas described. The rooftop deck was super relaxing after being out all day at the beach or enjoying our coffee and breakfast in the morning. There are plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area (5 min drive) and it's so convenient to I-5 to go north or south. MissionBay Park is a huge park with accessto the bay and land activities.

the studio is great just keep in mind that you can hear everything through the walls so be mindful of each other privacy. Everything else was great had more than enough amenities.

Such a great little spot. Loved the cozy bed and the beautiful roof top. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Love that it was quick drive to mission beach.

Was visiting on a work trip recently. Aaron was really great - very helpful and responsive. This rental was unfortunately not working for me - there was no good work space, the WiFi was not great for video calls and a bit noisy as the walk way and only window is right outside the door. Aaron was very understanding and kind when I told him I had to check out early and move elsewhere to be able to work. I think the location and unit would be great if I had been on vacation- out all day and just coming back to sleep. It was central and easy to get around.

I definitely enjoyed the nights spent here. The room was cute and cozy. It had almost every amenity you can think of. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the home was sparkling clean! Also taking trash out was easy, always remember to recycle!! -Access to the rooftop was also amazing, gave us the chance to watch the sunset and fireworks show from Sea World- San Diego. -Location is also perfect! Although it’s close to the freeway it is NOT NOISY AT ALL!!! If you have a car you can park in the driveway. If you are using public transportation there’s bus stops nearby less than a 5 minute walk. Very convenient if you are trying to travel like a local or just in a budget. (For buses you can download the “Compass Cloud” app it’s for the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System. You are able to buy your tickets for the bus/trolleys right on the app and just show the tickets to the driver and you’re all set.) -Hosts were wonderful. I had the pleasure to meet Kathy. She gave us a tour of the place and how to use stuff around the home. Definitely made the stay welcoming. Also Aaron would reach out through AirBnB text to make sure we have checked-in and settled. They were both very nice with our late check in. Check-Out went very smoothly. Although hosts are on site , we felt enough privacy. Both inside the condo and outside in the shared spaces. There’s also surveillance cameras which makes it feel more safe. Overall I give this place a 100/10. Everything was amazing and I look forward to booking again with Aaron Vacation Rentals. I already miss the place.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. Kathy and her husband were amazing hosts and it exceeded our expectations. All of the thoughtful touches and the location is absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The 3rd floor area was a great touch to watch a sunset or sunrise. They even had beach things that we were able to borrow. The amenities provided were everything we needed. If you are traveling to San Diego, do not hesitate to book with them. I sure will if I am ever in the area in the future. Cheers!

This little nook in Mission Bay was perfect for my friend and I! Plenty of room for the two of us, the most comfortable Murphy bed I’ve ever slept in, all the little kitchen amenities you need, and the on-site hosts were there to make sure we were happy. We loved having coffee on the top floor deck while watching the sun rise and the views of Mission Bay are beautiful.

This studio is a perfect place for a solo trip or casual vacation for two. Our hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in early which we greatly appreciated. The location is just a few minutes drive from Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Mission Bay. Since it is so close to a freeway entrance (NOT a noisy or annoying one), you have quick access to all of San Diego as well! We were able to visit all our favorite neighborhoods with no hassle. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax, catch the sunset, or have a meal. Even though the building is shared, we felt like we had plenty of privacy both inside and outside. The studio itself had everything you'd need to cook simple meals and we loved having our own laundry machines. Wifi is reliable enough for work/Zoom calls. We look forward to staying here or another one of Aaron's vacation rentals in the future!
