We loved our stay, the space was easy in and out with on-street parking right out front. We had no trouble finding the place or parking. It's walkable to restaurants and the park + the rooftop was secluded with 360 views of the sunset! For some reason the lights didn't work in the bathroom where the shower was located and our check out at 10AM was a bit early for us – we paid extra to extend our checkout to 11AM.

Loved it! Great spot in a great neighborhood near everything! Rooftop is great. Bed is just right in the middle of room but it worked well for us but not a lot of space to hang out other than the roof.

It was a good experience. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and the location was the best. Safe neighborhood, too. Some minor maintenance issues but the host was more than communicative. I'd come back for the location alone- 15 to 20 minutes ish from anything you want, max. Thanks!

Great deal and great find! The place was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and very easy to find. I had some questions about my stay and reached out to Aaron. He got back to me right away and I found that very helpful and reassuring. All of the utensils in the kitchen were great quality and that’s pretty rare for airbnbs. They usually give you the crappiest things to cook with and that wasn’t so here. We loved the location as it was very close to my favorite coffee spot in town. It was very easy to find and easy to get in and out of the house with our personalized code. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Besides the random road work they had to do one morning at 7:00 am, it was otherwise very quiet. Very grateful!

Stayed 10-31/11-2-2025 & right off the bat, that private deck is top tier & location of the house! 10 mins drive to Chicano park, 15 min drive to Gaslamp district, & the area is PEACEFUL. Wake up early enough with the birds & enjoy the morning mist with your coffee, definitely a vibe.

Easy to check in. Very nice home. Even though I did not cook this trip. The kitchen was well stocked. Brand new unit. Enjoyed the roof top deck very nice at sunset. Nice Deck in front yard as well. Very clean, comfortable beds, walk to great restaurants, bars, groceries, everything close by. Great North park neighborhood.

Great location. Good value for the size of the space - it was nice to have a separate bedroom for our kid without spending much more for a multi-bedroom house. Appliances worked well.
