Great place to stay on Mission Beach! The location has great views and is walkable to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again! The rooftop was perfect for chilly nights and there was lots of seating on all levels.

Our stay at this oceanfront property was nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for a place where the ocean is truly your backyard, look no further. What We Loved: The View: You can’t get any closer to the water. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the private balcony was the highlight of our trip. The Space: The home was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Every room felt airy and bright, capturing the coastal vibe perfectly. Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host provided high-quality beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and towels), which made our beach days so much easier. Location: While it felt like a private sanctuary, it was only a short walk or drive to local coffee shops and restaurants. The Host: Aaron was an incredible host. He was proactive with communication, provided a detailed check-in guide and extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Cannot say enough about this place and Aaron as a host. The house has absolutely everything. It was so clean and thoughtfully stocked. The views are unreal. Aaron was extremely responsive. The only wild card was the adjoining unit…the sound from the people in the other unit carries incredibly clearly. It initially sounded like people were in our unit but we quickly messaged Aaron and responded immediately explaining the set up of the two units. The other folks quieted down by 10, and it wasn’t as loud on the top floor.

Stayed a week over Thanksgiving with 7 of us ages 17-73. Very professionally designed home! Aaron has thought of everything. From the beds to the kitchen and other amenities, this is a very cool place to stay. Highly recommend! We ate in, walked to restaurants, went to Belmont park, surfed every day, ran, and most importantly enjoyed the view from the upper deck while enjoying each other’s company.

Excellent! Highly recommend! Beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable and cozy beds, linens. Each room was very nice and comfortable. Loved the spacious rooftop bonus room with the spectacular panoramic views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and when it was time to leave, we did not want to go. We absolutely loved our state! The home is so nice inside and newly remodeled. Everything was upgraded. The place was in a great location. There isn’t a better location on Mission Beach. The view and porches and windows were amazing. Beds were very comfortable. EV charger is for Tesla only. Garage fit my Hyundai Ioniq 5 SUV. Took some skill backing in and we let everyone else before pulling in.

Not the best choice for young families, especially with infants and/or pregnant women (4 floors). But otherwise an excellent, fun stay with amazing views, a fun location right by the water, and tons of beach toys and accessories for all ages. Beaches here are amazing. House comes with every imaginable amenity (except a spa). If I were half my age I’d rent this place out for a week every few months.

James, you are correct, the vertical nature of this home can be challenging BUT the floors also make for amazing privacy (when you wanna get away from the kids) as well as exceptional beach and bay views from all over the home! Great location, being one house off the beach boardwalk kept the outside noise down but still provided super close beach access. All the Instructions and recommendations were easy to understand/helpful. And all amenities were nice, and higher quality than most.

We booked this home as a last minute beach getaway, and we enjoyed it so much we ended up adding an additional night to our stay. There is always a bit of anticipation prior to checking in, but home was exactly as described and better than the photos. Everything was very clean, there was nothing that left us wanting more. The location is perfectly situation within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and Belmont Park. We will be making this an annual family trip and we look forward to staying here again next Summer!

The house is beautiful with ocean views all around. Great access to the beach and many places to eat within walking distance from the house. The roof top was an awesome place to hang out with amazing views and we loved the natural gas fire pit. Our family really enjoyed this house and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Place was great. Lots of space. Beautiful surrounding. Parking is tight and only for compact cars, but that is stated in the information. Close parking though if driving a bigger vehicle. Unsure if condo is part of another Airbnb situation, but depending on neighboring guest, you will hear them especially if they’re loud. Would stay here again for sure. Super close walk to the beach

Incredible stay we absolutely lOVED the house stunning ocean front location could hear the soothing sound of waves . house was super clean with a great set up to meet all our needs. High quality towels sheets comforters and plenty of extra blankets. The rooftop sitting area with 360 views and gas fire-pit was the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. We walked to great coffee shops nearby and restaurants in Pacific beach. Cant wait to return would definitely stay here again HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book this place with Aaron! He was so professional kind and responsive provided excellent clear instructions and recommendations.

We love this space! It’s our 2nd time staying here with a group of 8. The 3rd story deck has 360 views of Mission Beach and Bay with plenty of seating. When spending time in the living room and kitchen, you still have gorgeous views of the ocean feeling like you never leave the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Dianne’s home on the beach! We loved that we could sit outside and read and watch the ocean or walk out to the beach! It was lovely! Parking was a challenge though. Because the size of our group we had an SUV that did not fit in the garage and due to the location of the house parking was quite a challenge! The neighbors were very friendly and helped out when they could! Spent a lot of time looking for parking.

Our stay was amazing. It was just me, my husband and my five month old baby. So we didn't venture out . The house is great. It does have a lot of stairs and they are steep. That was one downside. It was a pain to take our stroller to the main living area which is on the top floor. The best part about the house is the rooftop deck! We had dinners there and hung out by the fire-pit at night. Since it was only the three of us we only used the master bedroom. The other two rooms stayed untouched but for anyone going in there with more people, know the other two bedrooms were very small and had small twin (i believe) beds. The bathrooms were clean but probably could use an upgrade. Oh and please someone sharpen the knives in the kitchen! It took me 40 minutes to cut two melons. :) The communication with the hosts was very good. I think overall it was a really great stay and I definitely will stay there again! The location is perfect! Thank you for an awesome stay.

Me and my family really enjoyed the ocean views from Dianne's place on Mission Beach. The rooftop deck makes the place. The kitchen is fully stocked. Only down-sides were the windows were dirty with bird droppings and the queen and double bedrooms are really small. All in all it is a great place. A little hard to find, but Dianne provided good directions. The check-out time is kind of early at 10 A.M.

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Ocean views abound and there are multiple balconies and sitting areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.the rooftop deck is the thing that pushes this house over the endure and makes it truly a one-of-a-kind. Top of the world! Bedding was also super comfy and there are extra blankets for cuddling up outside. We will definitely be back!

This property exceeded my expectations, and the host was extremely accommodating. I was initially booked at a previous property, who cancelled 2 days prior to my stay, and this host was flexible and able to allow us to add a day to our reservation. The rooftop was stunning, with a table, couches, chairs and a fire feature overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend.
