This was a great central location for our visit to San Diego. It is close to coffee shops, restaurants, a nice local market and bottle shop. Also easy access to a larger grocery store and several major highways. The neighborhood has sidewalks and is very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to store food and prep meals. We also appreciated the onsite laundry. The beds were very comfortable. Aaron was very proactive about communicating before our arrival and was readily available during our stay. The space was clean and comfortable, we would stay here again!

Everything was excellent and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside was the weak electrical wiring, as the fuse would trip multiple times when using the heater.

My family loved staying here! We were here for Halloween and wow, we were pleasantly surprised by how popular of a tricker treater neighborhood it was! The houses go all out in decorations! It’s also a super short walk to many restaurants and parks. Would be happy to stay here again!

This apartment is in a nice location. It's a quiet neighborhood with wide streets and lots of trees, and mostly older people walking their dogs. Street parking is easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked, shower water pressure is good, and the wifi is plenty fast for video calls (I averaged around 400 Mbps down / 30 Mbps up). Some things to know: • If you're going to be using the kitchen extensively, bring your own knives. The ones there were dull enough that we could barely cut through an apple. • If you're taller than 5'4" or so, you'll need to duck to stand under the shower. • The listing says “free driveway parking on premises,” but we separately received instructions to not park there for long since the owner often uses it. • There's a hilariously loud parade of trash trucks that go down the alley on Saturday mornings around 7:30 am. Close the windows on Friday night if you hope to sleep through this.

Gabe, apologies for the parking snafu (we have corrected the details on the ad) but as you noted street parking is quite simple in the area. Wish I could tell the City when to pick up the garbage but despite my efforts they stick to their schedule but thanks for noting it for future guests)! We have updated the knives (would have gladly done so when you were in residence with a simple request (always bring these to a host's attention and allow us to serve...it is why we exist). The rental was comfortable and clean. The host wrote a nice welcome note and left us some treats, which personalized our stay. The rental is located in a very nice neighborhood. Quiet. We enjoyed that we each had our own bedroom. Parking was on the street, and if one arrives back late parking will be a block or so away. Not bad if mobility isn't an issue.

El lugar es muy cómodo y la ubicación te permite acceder a todos lados con facilidad, teniendo cerca muy buenos lugares para comer o tomar algo. El departamento está bien equipado y completo y tiene un par de cápsulas de café, aunque solo para un día si está ocupado por 4 personas. El día que pasa la basura puede ser un poco ruidoso, pero el barrio es bastante tranquilo en general. Al dejar el departamento es necesario sacar basuras y ocuparte de varios requisitos, pues advierte de penalizaciones si no lo haces (pese a que los cleaning fee de San Diego son altos).

Aaron's place was exactly like the photos! They also had some great snacks which was very nice to arrive to. The area is great, especially if you are bringing a dog, very walkable neighborhood. You can walk to downtown Kensington with a number of great restaurants as well as a convenient access to groceries.

The apartment was perfectly located, just a block away from great spots on Adams Ave. It is also very close to the 15 freeway. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and welcoming. They had ample snacks, which my children devoured! I stay in Air BnBs in San Diego monthly, and usually I'm ready to get back home, but this time, I would have loved a few extra days to enjoy the space!
