We had a great time at Aaron's place. It was just as pictured. Walking distance to many restaraunts and shops, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy, and we appreciated the parking spot included in our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The location in Pacific Beach was perfect - easy walking distance to the beach and close to everything. The place was cozy, relaxing, and felt like a great home base. The kitchen was well stocked, which made things really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The AirBnB was fine- good location- walkable and near the bus. The beds were really uncomfortable even for my children. The kitchen had what we needed, but some items were dirty. There is no dishwasher, but plenty of hot water.

Aaron’s place was absolutely perfect for my girls birthday weekend! Conveniently located in walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well maintained. This place has everything you need for a get away with friends or family. The location is great since is it a few blocks away from the beach which makes it a lot more private and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants and things do all within walking distance. The house itself is the perfect size and has all that you need. Beds were very comfortable. Evan the fold out couch. The vibe of the house is very homey and had a bit of a modern feel. The price was super affordable for the location (we did travel in November, assuming summer/spring will cost more). Overall this house is a great find and a great price with a great location. Will be staying here again for sure!

The place was absolutely adorable. The beds were super comfortable alongside with the pillows! It’s only a few blocks from restaurants and the beach. It is right off Grand Ave so you can hear the traffic but you can’t beat the location. It’s definitely a great VALUE! Well done!

Aaron's place is just as in the photos. We enjoyed the colors and fun decorations. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the extra bath towels and beach towels. A TV in each room was also a big plus, as we were able to relax with a movie/show at the end of the night. The location was perfect as we walked to many coffee shops, restaurants, and Pacific Beach. Although the home is located on a busy street, we had no issues. I will stay here again.

The stay in Pacific Beach was great overall. The unit had everything we needed for cooking, beach items (chairs and towels), and overall was well-kept and clean. It also had an AC unit which came in handy in hot days. The only thing to note is it’s on a relatively busy main road, which l sometimes has street noise — but that was worth the convenience / walk ability.

We had a great stay! Great location, great for the kids. It was way hotter inside than I thought it would be but the window unit worked well if we kept it on. The property is older than it seems (cabinets kinda hard to open) but it was overall a great stay!

This property was exactly what we needed. Near the beach, food and entertainment. It was easy to access. Inside was decorated pristinely. A little warm in the bedrooms with no AC, but we expected that. It cooled off nice in the evenings though, with the windows opened. And unfortunately the designated parking spot was too short for our truck. But, finding street parking was not difficult. We had a great experience. It met our needs completely. And we really enjoyed the vinyl music while we were hanging out during the day. This is a great property!

absolutely as described!!! literally three short blocks, walking distance to the ocean side. stay was amazing, comfortable, clean, close to everything. stayed w my husband and three teenage age kids 12 yr old twins boys and 13 yr old daughter & they were very comfortable. king bed was HUGE, actually my 12 yr old son slept w us one night and had a ton of room, other kids slept in bunk beds which they say were very comfortable.... private parking, which I didn't even really need to drive to beach bc if I did I found parking further than the beach ...it was beautiful place .. highly recommend... price ya can't beat as weel

We had a good stay overall. The Airbnb itself was in okay condition — not perfect, but manageable. The biggest highlight was definitely the location: just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and all the necessities. Being able to walk everywhere really made up for any shortcomings with the property. One thing to note: the Airbnb is located on a busy main road, so if you're a light sleeper, the traffic noise at night could be an issue.

Bright and cheerful place in a great location. Designated parking was a big bonus! The place was well appointed. I loved that they had beach toys and chairs that we could borrow. The numerous televisions were helpful too, I was able to watch the white lotus finale privately while the kids watched their movie. Utterly charming Airbnb!!

This is a great airbnb in a prime location! A less than ten minute walk from both the coast and the bay, we didn’t use our car at all during our stay to explore all the great sights and restaurants Pacific Beach has to offer. The apartment was clean and as-described, and our host was helpful and kind :) It’s right on Grand, a major street, which could get a little loud at night, but my family and I agreed that it’s prime location and proximity to all the action made this spot well worth the occasional loud motorist that passed by. Some excellent spots we were able to visit on foot include Better Buzz Coffee, Konos, Hideaway Pacific Beach, and Pangea Outpost. We will definitely look to rebook this spot next time we’re in town. We had a bit of a hiccup at the start of our stay, but Aaron was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving the issue. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the grocery store, beach, bay, and many other attractions in Mission and Pacific Beach. The house had lovely decor that fit the beach vibe, though it could use a little attention for some maintenance issues. The beds, linens, and pillows were all very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. There was a bit of noise day and night, from traffic, the fire station, and people nearby, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience. The house and garage were well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and other useful items. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider returning.

The place is as described. The location was great. Parking for one minvan very easy. Kids thought bunk bed was rickety and top bunk very close to ceiling. Bathroom storage is tight and toilet handle always needed to be giggled to flush. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Its near the beach, its old, doors stick but a great spot to lay your head at the end of the day with access to beach gear right there.

Loved my stay here, the bed was super comfortable, high quality mattress. The kitchen had every possible utensil you could ever need. Aaron let me check in early which I really appreciated. Walkable location, super close to great bars, Ralph’s grocery store a 5 minute walk away. I did not have a car but there is a bus stop steps away from the house and takes you to La Jolla to see the sea lions. Loved the record player! So many thoughtful touches. I have stayed in San Diego a couple of times and Aaron’s place is superior to the other locations. I will definitely be back.

They have done a great job with this unit - feels cozy and has everything you’d need. It was just two of us for a couple nights but we loved being able to cook meals and watch movies on the smart TVs. Love the comfortable beds and the cute coasters too! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay in Pacific Beach was incredible! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great location for a week in San Diego! The apartment was spotless and had all of the essentials. It was also a huge relief to have quick walkable access to the main stretch of Pacific Beach, and Mission Bay just a few blocks away. Super responsive hosts.

The location is great, although it can be a bit noisy at times. it's easy to arrive and parking . close to the beach and has convenient transportation to all the attractions. The room has a variety of board games and the heating is very good. The only drawbacks are the bunk beds in one of the rooms and the paid laundry facilities. The communication was also very timely and smooth.

Booked last minute but we a great place to stay! Aaron and team were very responsive. We brought our 15 month old and there was a pack and play and portable high chair. Easy to get inside, clean, and central to everything in PB. Also very quiet and private. Including parking which was a plus with a kiddo. We also both agreed that this was probably the most ‘well stocked’ air bnb we have stayed at. Thank you!

This house was great for our family, very walkable to beach, coffee, and restaurants. The decor and trendy feel of the updates they did matched the pictures and it was clear that a lot of thought went into it. Definitely recommend this house for a PB vaca!

Great location where we could walk a few blocks to the beach, hop on a bus to La Jolla, and get there from the airport easily on transit. Plenty of room for the four of us. The place had everything we needed for the beach! It is on a sometimes loud street, but super convenient and in a great area. Felt safe with lots of restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay. The location was even better than we had hoped. You can take a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The space itself had a very friendly vibe and was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Great to check in and not have to rush to the store for coffee, creamer and sugar because it was provided. Space worked out well for myself, my husband and two teenage kids. It is a little noisy since it’s right on a busy street (Grand) and we left windows open to try to get a breeze at night. Everything really went well though. Water heater stopped working the day before our departure and owners sent a handyman out early the next morning. Walking distance to the beach and so many stores and restaurants and the gym.

This was the perfect location! Walking distance to anything you need. When we first arrived and noticed it was on a pretty busy street I was nervous but it was never a problem. The house had everything we needed & was in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the record player in the living room & the whole house was perfectly curated. We were supplied coffee essentials & a Brita, which was all we personally needed in our kitchen knowing we wanted to explore. We hope to stay there again on another trip to San Diego soon!

We came in from the East Coast on a Saturday night at midnight after a delayed flight. We were so thankful for the clear instructions and communication on how to enter the property. We were even more thankful that there were snacks waiting for us! We stayed for 7 nights and it was the perfect location for our family vacation. Everywhere we visited was within a 15-20 minute drive (Petco Park, SanDiego Zoo etc.) There was parking right there at the condo. It is such a great location in Pacific Beach. There is a grocery store (Ralph’s) within walking distance. Several great coffee shops, ice cream and and restaurants all within 2 blocks. The beach is a mere 5-7 minute walk! Such a great location. The condo itself is so cute and clean with all the necessary amenities plus some! The beds were very comfortable and between ceiling fans and an ac unit we were very comfortable at night. The neighborhood was far enough from the beach area that it was quiet at night. The kitchen was stocked so well with dishes, filtered water, coffee maker and any item you would need to make meals. Shower and bathroom were fully stocked with towels, shampoo etc. but the best was the attention to detail with things like makeup remover wipes, first aid kit and black washcloths for removing make up. This was a solid 10/10 for our family and I highly recommend!!

This space was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean, the room set up was perfect. The kitchen and bath had everything you would need. I’ve been to several other VRBO and had to bring everything yourself or buy it (ie: spices, dish soap etc) Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Highly recommend recommendpatios

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very stylish and cute. The kitchen has everything you might need and is well appointed. Location is great, walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants. Being on a busy street, it was a little noisy, particularly after the bars closed. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great place, great location. I stayed here a few nights with my teenage kids. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It's walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and a short drive to the airport and sea world. It comes with a full kitchen, bbq, and plenty of beach chairs to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Responsive host. Small knocks are smelly bath towels, squeaky bunk bed, some street noise at night. Property could be better lit outside. We wandered around a bit in the dark when trying to find it from the alley.

The place is much smaller than we expected, from the pictures, we thought it was maybe a little more spacious. We missed having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Outside patio furniture was pretty dirty, it needs a good wipe down for it to be usable so unfortunately, we weren’t able to utilize it. Master bed is super comfortable however, the bunkbeds in the second bedroom are very flimsy. Whenever somebody moves while they are sleeping, the entire bed moves. Location is awesome and communication with owner was 10/10.
