I’m really happy we chose this home for our family vacation. Loved the pool, the area was quiet, very thankful for the in unit washer and dryer and it was 10-25 minutes away from most places we wanted to visit.

It was a pleasant stay the Airbnb was fully equipped and clean. Master room Bed was squeaky kept waking me up but comfortable mattress to lay on.

Place is as described however the bathroom has poor ventilation so the bathroom stays moist all day after showering so your towel wont dry out

Luke, thanks for the great stay. In the winter in San Diego it is not uncommon for towels to not hang dry well on a daily basis (please note we did check on the vent and it was functioning correctly). We recommend just tossing them in the onsite dryer for 15 minutes after use and they are nice and warm for the next day! Vacation Rentals by Aaron

The place was perfect for our family. It was spotless, nicely decorated, had a great layout, was well equipped, and had lots of storage. The washer and dryer were a plus. The place is in an apartment complex, so there was a little extra noise, but nothing terrible. It was convenient for us to jump on freeways and get around San Diego. We only wish there was a coffee shop to walk to. I would definitely rent this place again.

The Condo was beautiful just like the pictures. Everything very clean. Beds super comfortable. I loved the shower. Keep in mind that this condo is on the second floor so there is some stairs also parking is not right outside of the building, you have to walk behind the next building to find your parking. AC units in eaxh room. Walmart, McDonald's, jack in the box, Starbucks about 1.5 miles. Legoland 30min away or 24miles away. Overall great place. I would stay here again.

Everything about Kara's place was fantastic! The location, the newness, the cleanliness, the amenities, the four rooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen, the kitchen supplies, everything felt right at home. There was even a pristine pack & play and mini high chair for my infant, which was incredibly convenient. Kara made it a breeze and a pleasure to stay in San Diego.

Beautiful clean condo. Hard to find at night. I looked for #112 like previous guest mentioned. It was above. Very comfortable for our family and crawling grand baby. Baby booster/high chair & pack n play were a plus. Kitchen had everything our family needed (including coffee, creamers, sugar & tea). Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. We used washer and dryer everyday. They provided laundry soap & dryer sheets. It was very convenient using the condo’s beach towels for our day at the beach. The two parking spaces are in two different driveway entrances. They were very attentive and great communication with us. The condo’s decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our stay at Kara’s place. Our family looks forward to staying at Kara’s condo again! Thank you!

Kara’s place is very nicely decorated and clean. It is welcoming and comfortable. It is in a condo complex that makes it feel like it is strange to be using as an Airbnb. The neighbors complained immediately about us playing music during the middle of the day which I thought was a bit dramatic and excessive. There is one bed that is old and sinks in on one area making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. I would be cautious if you have a large group that is going to celebrate and make a normal amount of noise for a large group.

Regardless of an Airbnb's location, our expectation is that one will comport themselves as if they live at the unit full time and have to look the neighbors in the eye the next AM. We have not had any issues with neighbors at this location in the past but we always ask that guests keep their festivities to a minimum (hence the no party rule). I realized (after the fact) that you were a local, which presents the challenge that there are people visiting that are not staying (another reason that we do not allow parties). The condo itself was clean, full of basic amenities and the owner was great with communication. Only downfall, I wasn’t expecting a second floor entrance(which was ok for us). The instructions and location for parking and proximity to the actual front door is very confusing. Once you get it, you’re good. All in all a good Airbnb for our family. San Diego is beautiful

Apartment is wonderful it’s the cutest thing when it comes to decor . Just make sure you don’t bring more than 2 cars, parking can get a bit tricky . Also place is located on 2nd floor above apartment 112 , can get tricky . But the place itself inside was great.

Beautiful townhouse, smaller than appeared in pictures but a great amount of space for a condo. Wish I knew it was on the second floor especially with a toddler, but we made it work! Shower is incredible! And located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Very much enjoyed our stay!

These are the most amazing hosts! We recently had a flood in our home and needed to make accommodations quickly. Kara extended me a phenomenal offer to help us facilitate the whole process and even work directly with my insurance company to help us get the ball rolling with them. Very communicative and even offerd extra linens and towels to accommodate us! I highly, highly recommend this property and would definitely book again in the future or when family comes to town. Beautiful unit and super comfortable. This unit was also fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even a complete spice rack and coffee bar. sorulara dönüş zaman zaman geç oldu, kiralamayı bir şirket yapıyor ve sorulara cevap veren kişi ev sahibi olmadığı için yeterince tatmin olamayabiliyorsunuz çünkü ev sahibine sormam gerekli, sormaliyim... türünde ifadeler kullanılıyor ben air bnb deneyimlerinden hep ev sahibi ile muhatap oldum bu biraz fazla kurumsal . evde kaldığımız sürede sıcak su sorunu yaşadık. sanirim borular yenileniyordu sitede bahçede çalışma vardı ama ben bunu sorun var diye dile getirdiğimde soruları cevaplayan kişi bunun kullanıcı hatası olabileceğini söylediğinde oldukça şaşırdım. sonra eve bir ilgili gönderdi, ilgili tamirattan sorumlu değil sadece sorun var mı diye bakmaya/ keşife geldi. sorunu kabul etti lakin bu süreçte yapılabilecek birsey yok diyerek ayrıldı. bu servisten sonra ev ile ilgilenen kişi nasıl memnun kaldınız mı? sorun çözüldü mü diye hiç sormadı. ve biz konaklama boyunca sıcak su akıyor mu kontrol edip ona göre duşa girdik. kaldı ki evde 3 çocuğunuzla kaldık.

Yeliz, apologies for your experience. For what it is worth I am a "corporate" manager but I actually manage this unit for my mother. The issue was that the entire complexes water heater was out (something we had to determine by visiting) so there was little to nothing we could do to affect the issue in the moment (although it was rectified within 24 hours by the HOA). We traveled to California with 5 teens aged 17 for soccer (7 total). This unit had 4 very comfortable rooms and everything we needed for our stay. By far the most well stocked kitchen appliances or any place I’ve previously stayed. Host was very responsive. No issues at all, would stay again

This place was the perfect location for my team’s most recent weightlifting competition. With it being only a 5 minute drive from the venue, I couldn’t have been more thankful for finding this Airbnb. The space is everything to be expected from the pictures. It is a beautiful and spacious home that is close to a lot of different areas in San Diego. If you like the San Diego asian food area it is only a 5 minute drive from there and only 15-20 minutes away from balboa park, the beach etc. Our communication with the host unfortunately was a bit rough in the beginning, since we had a small AC unit problem of it not working, so there was a couple nights of no ac in the master bedroom. However, the problem was taken care of and made the rest of our stay a whole lot better. Overall it was a good experience and recommend to those looking for a good cozy condo.

Quiet neighborhood right next to police station. Place was decent. Master bathroom was 1st class specifically the shower.
