Spectacular Coastal Farmhouse 4BR in Ocean Beach

loved the location - easy to walk to restaurants and shops and the beach. plus, a playground just blocks away for the little ones. parking on the street was not a problem. and really appreciate how easy it was to check out - no big list of "to-dos" before leaving. challenges for our group of 10: dining seating was limited to 8 and only one hook and no counter space in the small bathrooms.

Love everything about our stay here! Location is 10/10, the beach and everything you need is walkable distance and short drives to anything else in San Diego. House was great- large and well stocked, kind neighbors, quiet neighborhood if you don’t mind the airport nearby, and was very comfortable for our group of 4 with dogs. We had some issues with the provided door code not working but the host replied within moments to help us out, even during our initial check in which was later in the evening! We would definitely recommend this spot!

Excellent location and property. I was bringing family to San Diego for the first time and this is a good spot that is central to main attractions like The San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island, etc. The property was in great condition the host's communication was proactive and left very little to question. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others as well.

Aaron's place is fantastic. Ocean beach is a really nice little area, lots of great food and nice views. The unit itself is great, lots of space and well maintained. Fair warning, airplanes overhead in the AM can be mildly disruptive if you are a light sleeper or have little ones but nothing a little white noise couldn't help with.

Beautiful home great location for us we have family in ocean beach so it was convenient everything was close by. Bathrooms are quite small and you got to be really careful the bathroom floor is really slippery other than that we enjoyed it.

We had an awesome time at this Airbnb! The house was super clean, spacious, and had a great San Diego vibe—simple, cozy, and welcoming. The front yard was a highlight, with cornhole and a putting green. We spent most of our days out there relaxing and soaking up the sun. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Ocean Beach, with its beautiful views, amazing food (HoDad’s burgers are a must!), and cool breweries. When we wanted to explore other areas, getting an Uber was quick and easy. The host was fantastic—super responsive and gave great recommendations before our trip. They even offered to pick up groceries for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood was friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with the neighbors as they walked their dogs. This place is great for a family trip, a getaway with friends, or anyone looking to enjoy San Diego. We’d definitely stay here again!

Party of 8. Communication with Aaron from beginning reservation to check out was exceptional..We enjoyed our stay. The home was Private, spacious and very clean. A few suggestions I personally would like to mention. The master bath needs a mirror. Difficult to put on make-up, and people to shave. Would recommend containers w/lids for left overs. Increase the comfort of seating in living room area for larger groups. Have an attractive movable way to create privacy when needed in bedroom with open wall/living room. A chest, dresser or cabinetry in bedrooms for longer stays would be helpful. Overall, Id give this a 4 star.

This home was perfect for a family and friends group. It looks exactly like the pictures and everything that listing said was true and accurate. It's located in a neighborhood so very friendly and very walkable to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. It's centrally located no more than 15 mins to any big attraction in San Diego. The airport is 11 mins away which made super convenient and super easy. The instructions where super clear on how to access the house and where to park. Great house and location.

This rental is 5 stars without a doubt. It’s a huge house with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. My party of 8 adults fit very comfortably here. It is walking distance to the beach, but far enough away that there’s ample street parking (you’re not fighting beachgoers for spots). The only issue we had was that the address you’re told to put in the GPS to arrive in the back alley (where the assigned parking spot is) is NOT the actual address of the home. We were trying to enter into the neighboring house before we realized what was going on - so be sure to pay attention! Otherwise, Aaron was a great communicator and I would absolutely stay at here again for my next trip to San Diego!

The rental was immaculate with regards to cleanliness. The laundry came in handy with a toddler and frequent trips to the beach. They’ve done a beautiful job creating an outside space in the front yard. *Read the descriptions very thoroughly* The flight path takes some getting used to, the neighborhood is in direct take off zone so it’s very loud like they describe. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. The property is close to an old bakery favorite of ours called Azúcar and a great Italian restaurant called Elvira. It’s about 15 minutes from the zoo and a 5 minute drive down to the beach! We would definitely rent again!

Great stay. Clean. Beautiful kitchen space. Close walk to OB. Appreciated the beach gear. We used it all: towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. The bathrooms were a bit smaller than expected, but we managed. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space in the front yard including the putting green.

Great house in a great location! We enjoyed the property for our 4th of July celebrations. There are lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance, including dog beach. House was great, our kids loved it. Couple things to note - airplanes fly right over the house on their flight pattern every 30 min or so. And the bedroom with two beds is open through an empty fireplace into the family room, so there is not privacy for those guests. Enjoyed our time here!

The property was clean, organized, well stocked and in a great, walkable location. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and the beds were really comfy. I slept better on my trip than I have been at home. The communication and updates were extremely consistent and on top of it. My only qualm is that you are right over the flight path for the airport so the flights start at around 6 am but you get used to it after a bit once you fall back asleep. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend for anyone else looking for a relaxing trip in San Diego.

We had three families stay here together and we felt the space was spacious and comfortable. it had everything we needed for a short stay -- though if we stayed longer, I'm sure we'd be just as comfortable. The whole family had fun trying the putting green out front and appreciated the extra touches like the many towels provided for the beach. One quirk we hadn't realized was that the large bedroom in front is completely open to the living area via a cutout in a fake fireplace space. Not sure why it isn't closed up to make a proper bedroom, but we made it work for our shorter stay.

Super responsive host! The home looked exactly like the photos. We had a great time playing corn hole and putting. I really liked that the front yard was enclosed from the street, so we felt safe having the kids go in and out of the house. Also great location - close to the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. Only critique is that the window curtains are thin, so if you’re bringing young kids, you might consider bringing blackout curtains/clings.

Had a great stay here with family. Everything was clean and organized. Communcation was great and they even brought over a few extra folding chairs for indoor seating. It was a wuiet neighborhood with exception of the planes which are a problem for every house in Ocean Beach area. I didn't really bother us that much. There is one dedicated parking spot and extra street parking for more than 1 car.

Top notch place, top notch host! We had another AirBnb cancel on us the day of our reservation! Luckily Aaron's place was available, highly recommended, and in the heart of OB! The farmhouse is located near the beach and the neighborhood is quite nice and friendly. The house was clean and displayed as what described. I would recommend to have a dinning table as a large group of guests had a hard time dinning together and outdoor is a bit chill now. Also, there was some noise around as the airplanes taking off. Overall, it's a great experience with this nice and cozy farmhouse.

We had a great time at this lovely airbnb. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room/gathering space. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was clean and inviting. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards that we were able to use. The host responded rapidly to any questions or concerns and we would definitely come back if we are in the area again. It was a perfect location for us near downtown San Diego, MCRD, Coronado, and Ocean Beach. We enjoyed visiting the Cabrillo National Monument. The area was walkable and safe. 5 stars!!

Beautiful home in a nice area. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Beach is right down the road making it easy to visit whenever you want. Host quickly responded to a broken toilet seat and it was fixed within hours. I will definitely book thru them again.

Beautiful place that accommodated 4 women and 2 dogs beautifully! The property looks exactly like the photos, including size. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Tons of extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cornhole set outside. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and a 15 minute walk to the beach. If you drive, it’s 4 minutes. One thing to note for future renters: if you put the address in a maps app, it really does take you to the back alley where you park. I also want to add that our booking this property was a special situation. We were at another Airbnb, but it ended up having a very bad plumbing problem and we had to suddenly check out at around 5 PM on a Sunday. Aaron’s property was available and ready to go and he was an extremely responsive host, who helped us out in a tough situation. We really appreciate it!

Perfect location for stay with our kids and grandkids. A fun front yard play area and a nearby park/playground were terrific. Could walk to the beach and local grocery stores. House is very attractive and hosts attentive.

This place is a great hang out with a big kitchen to gather around, easy lounging out front with mini golf or corn hole and plenty of room for our two families to stay. The furnishings were modern and fresh A made for a peaceful space that was fun. Only drawback is the sound of planes overhead but not much to be done about that. We had a pretty chilly time while there, with coastal fog coverage most of the time, but we loved being able to walk to the Ocean and had great food at Hodads and the the Italian deli for pick up. Would stay here again!

Exactly like the photos and description. An absolute great vacation spot that fully accommodated my family of 8, which included 3 elders and 2 children. This home is spacious, very clean, and includes a ton of amenities to make you feel right at home. The mattresses are seriously comfortable, which is oddly rare in my Airbnb experience. Location was great, we had no issues getting to popular areas like Balboa Park. Check-in and access into the home was easy-peasy. Aaron and his team were super communitive and responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego!

This home is a really nice place to spend some time. Easy, walkable neighborhood with lots to see and do. Central location to explore San Diego. The home is nicely laid out with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well appointed and the host provided chairs, towels for the beach. Easy parking too.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Aaron and his team were great at communication, very accommodating and were quick to answer all questions. Our family doesn’t get out often but my elderly parents, three nieces and nephews and brother and sister had a blast at the Airbnb enjoying ourselves. Cornhole, mini golf are right in the front yard and so the whole family really loved playing both. Very close to seaworld, sunset cliffs and pretty much everything SD has to offer. Definitely would book again!

The was extremely clean with the basics needed to make meals at home. There was pasta, pasta sauce, and some snacks in the kitchen. I am so appreciative of the host's responsiveness; I consistently received a response within the hour. Check In was as described. We had a lovely stay!
