Beautiful home. garage & carport fit our outlander and minivan. if you have a minivan you need to be skilled in reverse parking because it is very tight alley area. i appreciate the beach toys/equipment because it meant less stuff for us to pack. i love that the beach was steps away from the home & visible on every balcony. mission beach did experience a power outage. luckily our toddlers were asleep during the outage so they did not experience the panic we all had when it occurred. the whole neighborhood went dark & it was very eerie. the power outage lasted about 30 mins.

Perfect location, even though one house in from the ocean there was no issue seeing the water from most areas of the house. Rooftop deck was the highlight of the property with perfect views of the sunset. Easy 10min walk to Pacific Beach. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time here! Way above and beyond what any of us expected. The location steps from the sand, with views to die for almost everywhere, yet being one building back you aren't a fishbowl and can enjoy the views in privacy. It's the best location in the area - we rented cruisers around the corner - you can go anywhere within a few minutes. The amenities were also much nicer and better than expected, with most thing you needs and no extra clutter. And the host was super responsive, communicative, and friendly. Wish we could've stayed longer and all of us are planning and hoping to come back net year!

The location was amazing. The beach house is yards away from the beach and ocean walk, centrally located within the Mission Beach area . We enjoyed the views from the many balconies and roof top terrace. The outdoor shower and foot washing station made for easy cleanup after a day at the beach. The house had a bunch of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for guests to utilize and the washer and dryer came in handy many times during our trip.

What a beautiful place, location was fantastic! Had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The place was the cleanest place I have ever rented on AirBNB. The roof deck was a little taste of heaven. We had a wonderful stay!!

Location, location, location.... This beach house is located right next to the boardwalk and steps from the beach. The rooftop deck was awesome and a great place to hang and watch the sunset. The house fit our needs of 6 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed the third level living area where we spent most of our time. Master suite was spacious and comfortable. The other second level bedrooms were small but adequate and the downstairs studio was an added benefit. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of fun areas! The roof deck made the trip with all our friends. Aaron made it super easy and was very responsive. He also accommodated an early checkin which was super helpful with early flights and luggage. I would definitely stay here again with a group of friends!

You couldn’t ask for a better location for a vacation. Great views of Pacific Beach and walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants , plenty to do. Highly recommend would love to come stay here again. Go to Rose Marie’s right behind the house in the back alley for great food.

This property is fantastic from the space and amenities to the incredible view. The highlight is definitely the rooftop area with bbq, fire pit and seating/dining. It was a great spot to eat and entertain with views of the beach/ocean and sunsets.

We enjoyed the rental on Tangier Ct The only downside for us was the amount of steps to reach the Kitchen and Living area Other than that It was a lovely property! The view from the rooftop patio area was terrific!
