We absolutely loved our stay at this home! Great location in pacific beach, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The house came with everything needed for the beach as well which was super convenient for our family of 3. The home itself was roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking spot included was super clutch. The host was very responsive throughout the trip. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our family with two little kids had a great experience. We loved to be able to walk to the beach and the to the bay within 10 minutes and enjoyed the location the most. We were able to get everywhere within 15- 20 carminutes. We would stay here again. Thank you so much

Nice little spot in a great location with lots of things within walking distance! Really convenient to have a parking space as well. While it was too cold for the beach while I was there, it’s nice that there are beach items available for guests.

Great location, close to PB, restaurants, grocery store, etc. It's a beach house - so humid and rusty here and there, but good price for the location, especially with two bedrooms. Only real recommendation would be to replace the window ac unit in the main room - it doesn't blow cold air anymore. And no ac unit in the 2nd bedroom. Not a gigantic deal since it's San Diego, but would be great if the ac worked and was available in all rooms.

The place was clean.. the complex was quiet. I would stay there again. My only recommendation was more mirrors… it was a girls weekend and we sure could have used a full length mirror somewhere ;)

Aaron's place was terrific! Walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, and everything else you can imagine. We were in San Diego during Hurricane Hillary and the place was great during the storm (not one leak!!). This place was cozy and had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, and AC :)). We will be back!

Great stay in PB! Photos are accurate though the unit is older (typical for the area). We had an issue with the AC blowing a fuse but no issues otherwise. Kitchen was well equipped! Host allowed us to store our bags past check out which was incredibly helpful. The host was also very responsive and made the process seamless

we stayed three nights. the beds were the most comfy I have stayed in. the place was centrally located to everything. Having an assigned parking spot was great since it's hard to find parking in PB. The place is older but well maintained and has everything you need. we didn't spend a lot of time in the room except in the evening. We would stay again.

This place is well located, being within walking distance to the beach, hosts are good in communication. It is visibly run down and begs for a renovation though. Broken blinds “permanently” repaired with scotch, beds squeaking at every move you make, rust in the bathroom. It is clean though, no question about that. It’s been five years in a row I rent a place close to the Pacific beach for the whole Thanksgiving week and I used to pay the same (just checked receipts from the previous years) for more modern and better maintained rentals in similar locations.

This is a great location with good amenities including having a parking spot. The place is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants in a fun neighborhood. The location easily accesses the freeways which made it convenient to get to all the activities the area has to offer. The only drawback for our stay was the cleanliness of the bathtub could have been better. The bottom of the bathtub was rusty and the caulking was discolored which gave us pause giving our toddler a bath. Aside from this we were very happy with the other aspects of the location.

This place is amazing! This place has it all. Proper beds, a clean place, great living area, kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans, cups, utensils, etc. Even the backyard area was nice to hang out and work from. Overall, highly recommend and definitely plan on staying with the host again. Easy communication and were available whenever I reached out. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!

PERFECT LOCATION!!! We really enjoyed the space - it was perfect for two friends going for a weekend of surfing/kayaking. We were able to walk everywhere/everything we wanted or needed was an easy walk. The beds were comfy.

A very good location with lots of restaurants and shops a walkable distance away. Off-street parking is also a very good thing in Pacific Beach. The availability of air conditioning proved a lifesaver in the heat wave that hit SD while we were visiting. Beds were very comfortable and the location proved quiet despite being on a relatively busy street - loud motorcycles or public safety vehicles would be heard for blocks around anyway. Enjoyed going for a run on the pedestrian/bike lane along the beach.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb location. Vacation Rentals By Aaron certainly lived up to the reputation of a Super Host, being very accommodating and responsive. The amenities that came with the place were fantastic (including a bike storage spot), and it is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is on a major road, but it is set back and has a little courtyard so it feels a bit removed. There is traffic noise, but this did not bother us. We were very happy with our stay here near Pacific Beach!

The place was refurbished inside and clean. We had a convenient short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pacific Beach wasn't the most wholesome neighborhood, but that is just the area in general. We would stay here again.

This unit was very comfortable , clean and spacious. Good floorplan. Everything we needed was there. It’s not a bad walk to the beach. Our only complaint was the night life is loud and rowdy until very late at night and there was a bit more police activity than we would have expected. Seems like an ideal location for college kids, less for families.

First trip to San Diego. Location is a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. This place accommodated the four of us perfectly. It's an older property with upgrades (e.g., electric is not modern; we had to reset a circuit breaker a couple of times due to air conditioners overloading the circuit). When we had questions/issues, Aaron was immediately responsive. We did provide a few suggestions for improvements which have been made. Looking forward to our next visit.

This property has a lot to offer: free parking (1 spot), beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc), smart TV, keyless entry, shared BBQ grill, pod coffee machine, and strong Wifi. We stayed for 10 days and got to know the quirks of this older property. The electricity is not strong (making coffee dims the lights). One bedroom does not have AC, only ceiling fan. We decided to open windows instead, but many stick and/or have to be propped open. Beds are moderately comfortable and there is some traffic noise, especially on weekends. Laundry is not as shown in photo. Instead it is an older top load machine, pay with app. Recommend using the laundromat down the street instead. I saw one smoke detector but did not find a fire extinguisher. Despite these small things, it was overall a great price and comfortable stay for 10 days.

Nice, cozy decorated rental minutes from the beach. Grocery store, restaurants, and shops are all walking distance as well. Great communication with the nice hosts. A few minor issues like light bulb burnt out and bathroom window not closing smoothly on its track. But everything else was fine.

My mom and I had a great time staying here! Perfect location close to the beach and plenty of places to eat, grocery stores. Clean, comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed! We would happily stay here again!

This VRBO was perfect for our stay. It was incredibly spacious compared to most places I've stayed in over the years, so very comfortable for 2 couples. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The unit had everything we needed and was situated in a great location where we could walk everywhere (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental shop). We had use of beach chairs, boogies boards, and umbrellas (didn't need) which made our beach days really comfy and fun. The parking spot was easy to access. The outside space with tables out back was really nice too because we sat out there and enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee and played card games at night. The host was awesome at communication and extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I had the best time at this location! The host was extremely kind and communicative and the overall booking process was very straightforward. My friends and I spent the days at the beach, shopping, and going on long walks through Pacific Beach and spent the nights out on the town! This location is close to amazing restaurants and fun bars and the community was great!

We stayed here for a little summer getaway and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and when we had questions, we got answers immediately. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

The only complaint I had was the bathroom sink that burned my 9 year old’s hands. My husband didn’t like the dirty carpets (the only reason I put 4 stars on cleanliness). Management said they were clean, just badly stained. 10 minute walk to the beach. Management replied pretty quickly to concerns. They were very kind to allow us to come inside early when we accidentally arrived before check in. Aside from some wear and tear of the apartment, it was a nice stay.

The location is great, not too noisy even though on a major street. The only negative was the filthy carpets in the bedroom and the broken trundle bed. Lots of clean towels and adequate kitchen supplies, which was nice.

My family and I had a great time. The property is best suited for four people or fewer, especially good for parents with two children. It was very clean. The location is ideal. It's an easy few-block walk to the beach, and after the day at the beach, far enough away from the party atmosphere in the evening. The owners are very responsive.
