Such a lovely little spot! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and Aaron was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. I also loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, there are tons of options within just a 5–10 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. You can hear the upstairs tenants a bit, but nothing unexpected for a place like this. Thanks, Aaron!

This place was well stocked and had everything I needed for a week in San Diego. It was great to have a washer and dryer and outdoor space. Being bellow another unit sometimes was loud, but mostly was fine. Super walkable neighborhood with easy street parking.

Had a great stay, only complaint is the upstairs neighbors were noisy. Great location and very clean, comfortable space!

The place was clean inside and looked like the photos , check in was smooth with clear instructions I would have given this place a better rating , however this place had MICE in the back area where the patio was so we weren’t able to sit out there and enjoy the weather at all :( .

Bria, sorry to hear about the local mice. That was news to us but we have pest control at this unit and they have been charged with handling the issue. The consequence of urban travel is urban density issues and mice are just a part of that cycle. Vacation Rentals by Aaron
