Newly renovated oceanfront retreat located directly on the Mission Beach Boardwalk. Welcome to The Key Lime Oasis, a bright and spacious beachfront getaway with stunning Pacific Ocean views from the living room, kitchen, private balcony, and primary bedroom.

Wake up to the sound of the waves, watch surfers and boardwalk life from above, and end the day with a front-row seat to a California sunset. With the sand just steps away and restaurants, attractions, and coastal activities within walking distance, this is Mission Beach living at its best.

Inside, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, giving families and friends plenty of room to relax. The open living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals—although the ocean view may be a little distracting.

Step onto your private oceanfront balcony with your morning coffee or settle in for sunset while overlooking the beach, boardwalk, and Pacific.

The home includes beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards for your stay. Guests also receive FREE unlimited gear rentals from several friendly local rental shops for everyone on the reservation. Available gear includes bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, skateboards, and more—just pick up what you'd like and head out for a day on the boardwalk or water. Please note that despite snorkeling gear appearing in some amenity listings, snorkeling equipment is not provided at the home.

PROPERTY ACCESS & SHARED AREAS

You'll have your own private entrance to the upper unit. This home is part of a duplex, so there may be guests staying in the downstairs two-bedroom unit.

The downstairs patio and BBQ grill on the north side of the house are shared with downstairs guests. You are also welcome to access the garage for the laundry machines and beach equipment, but garage parking is reserved exclusively for the downstairs unit.

PARKING: One outdoor parking space is provided and is best suited for a small to midsize vehicle.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

You'll be directly on one of San Diego's most iconic beaches, with many of Mission Beach's breakfast spots, restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance. Belmont Park and its historic Giant Dipper roller coaster are just down the boardwalk, while Pacific Beach and the restaurants, shops, and nightlife around Grand and Garnet are also nearby.

With so much within walking distance, you may not need a car at all. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout San Diego for trips farther away.
