So beautiful, it doesn't get any better than this! Gorgeous full ocean front views from the front door balcony, front glass door, kitchen breakfast bar, living room, private balcony, master bedroom, and downstairs deck! Gasp! Beautifully renovated and decorated with all brand new modern furniture with nostalgic touches that capture the style and charm of this lovely beach home. Photos are accurate! After many years of camping with little ones on the beach, my husband and I were able to fully relax in this beach house while our now adult children, their spouses & friends went freely in and out on their own schedules. Enjoying the beach and the ocean front walk... walking, jogging, onewheeling, biking, rollerblading, skateboarding, eating places, shopping, etc. We loved the privacy that the second floor provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook/bake. Two bathrooms were so nice for our large family & guests. We are a tall family and appreciated the high shower heads! For parking we fit two vehicles, small and mid-sized, no problem. Aaron & Kara are perfect and accommodating hosts, promptly answering all questions to ensure a wonderful stay. We loved every minute and are already recommending this place to family & friends! We may have left a little piece of our hearts there... hope to be back sometime soon!

The location was great. Aaron was very responsive. Parking was a challenge. If you have a full/midsized vehicle, plan to spend some time driving around looking for overnight parking (especially if you check in on the weekend), because you won’t be able to park onsite. We had to park a little over a half a mile away and took around 20-25mins to find a spot. Not a deal breaker for sure, just plan ahead for it. We were able to unload our luggage at the property and then find parking and walk back. The interior was very clean and comfortable, however the outdoor spaces need some TLC to make it feel clean and inviting. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Jesse, apologies about the parking, however, we clearly indicate that fact in the advertisement. Most beach parking is really tight so we always recommend a small to midsize car. We wish you had contacted us because beach parking has some unknown loopholes so we could have definitely gotten you closer parking in the alley. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Just as pictured, so well equipped, a great host, and that view! The deck furniture could use some updating, and unfortunately we could hear every sound from the downstairs apartment, especially from the middle bedroom (literally every word of their conversation) so if there were especially noisy neighbors down there it would definitely spoil the enjoyment of the place but obviously that is completely out of Aaron’s hands so no reflection on him. Other than that we loved everything about this place, its mesmerizing view and the ability to walk right onto the beach is amazing. Aaron was so accommodating with us potentially having our young grandchildren to stay, which was appreciated even though it actually didn’t happen. We loved Molly’s for coffee and brunch, such a cute place, also Olive Cafe and bakery, both an easy walk away. There is a well stocked convenience store on the main street opposite Molly’s and so many places to eat close by.

We loved out time at this location. The views are excellent and just what we expected. Very close to everything we wanted and needed for our vacation. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is very functional. I would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to keep the living room furniture current and upgraded as needed.

Wonderful location. The house is a bit tired. Not recommended for anyone with a huge SUV. Unclear that you need to pass thru another bedroom to get to the Master bedroom.

We do indicate that parking is tight (it is generally tight all over the beach so large vehicles are never recommended). We loved the area and felt very safe at night! The accommodations were more than enough for our family of six. The host was amicable through the whole booking, stay, and check out processes. The bathrooms and the kitchen were updated and supplied adequately. The living room furniture and the master bedroom mattress are a little dated. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect beach bungalow. Seriously can NOT beat having access to a bathroom & kitchen right on the beach. Brought my 3 kids and they all loved it. We enjoyed watching dolphins, birds, and seals with our morning coffee and people watching along the strand right in front of the house. Double outdoor space so plenty of space for everyone. The grill on the deck right off the board walk has an unbeatable view to cook dinner.

What a gem! Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us. It didn’t feel cramped as we travel with four adults and four children. The transaction from the being to end was flawless, communication was exceptional. We found an issue, was fixed within the hour. The place was super clean when we arrived. Location was perfect. I was afraid it might be more like Venice boardwalk - but was much calmer and it's actual area is more residential along the beach. Absolutely beautiful million dollar view! Weather cooperated for watching sunsets and surfers. Great people watching spot from private second story. Many beach walks. Parking was a little tight but mainly because we had a minivan for 6 people. It can be done. Also - very convenient to walk to or order delivery from lots of restaurants and coffee - one block inland. Decor was casual a little run down and beachy - but kitchen was modern and spotless - with dishwasher! It was exactly what we needed! Would come back. Sleeping also very comfortable - especially if you like going to sleep to the sound of waves!

Stayed at Upper Lime with 6 adults and 2 children and it fit us all very well. It’s right on the ocean walk so the views are fantastic and being on the upper level gives you some privacy from the sidewalk below. The parking spot is tight for an SUV or van but we were able to make it work. The location is far enough away from PB to not have the noise and potential party craziness but close enough to walk down to restaurants and bars. Also super easy to get to Mission Bay by just walking down Tangiers. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a group.

Our stay at this Pacific Beach Airbnb was exceptional! Nestled right next to the ocean, the views were breathtaking. The hosts were outstanding, responding to our queries within an hour. The place itself was ideal for our group of seven, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all utilities working flawlessly. Check-in and check-out were super easy, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. Not to mention, the local food scene was fantastic, especially Oscars’ tacos. Highly recommend for an unforgettable beachside experience!

The entire place was absolutely spotless upon arrival, and the view and waking up to the ocean itself was breathtakingly beautiful. I appreciate how clean and organized the entire establishment was, as well as how much attention to detail there was. Awesome location right on the boardwalk. Weather in low 70’s. Breezy. A lot of seaweed this year. Great for body surfing and boogie boards. Water normal cold 68 but swimmable. Restaurants nearby. Unit as advertised. Good Wi-Fi signal. Good beach equipment inventory. Long trucks won’t fit in garage. Minivans do. Great views from upstairs patio.

WOW! What a perfect location, host, and home for our family! Our large family goes to mission beach every year and we have yet to book another place twice but this time we plan to book this gem again! Our great 10 day stay came to an end today unfortunately. Everything we had hoped for and more! Rooms are bigger than expected, locale doesn’t get any better, all the restaurants/bars you could want within a half mile. Of course the beach view from the deck and access were the best & the weather was perfect. There were 6 of us, 2 adult children and 2 teens and the space was just right. The bonus was we met some great neighbors staying below us. They’ve rented this property 6 times. Aaron was always very responsive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

With my Step-Mom’s bday being two days before my Dad’s one year passing anniversary, we knew we needed to do something peaceful and beautiful not only for her celebration but to honor my Dad. We booked Aaron’s place just a few days prior and he told us we wouldn’t want to leave. I must admit I was hesitant. However, we absolutely fell in love with this place and in fact, did not want to leave! What a BEAUTIFUL view. You can hear the ocean and see it anywhere in the home. Our teens had a blast being able to come in for a quick snack, while securely building sand castles and searching for seashells. Even though the weather didn’t permit entering the water, it was the best beach trip we’ve probably ever had. The only hiccup was the parking. The guests downstairs kept using our parking spot but that of course isn’t the fault of Aaron’s home. Other than that, it was well stocked with towels and clean. We are already planning our next trip back here with the rest of the family!

You can’t beat this location. It’s in between Belmont park and pacific beach. If you want to party you head down to pacific beach. If you want to play you can head to Belmont park. You can walk to anything you might need but also a close drive to the zoo, downtown, and airport. The view was amazing. Having access to the beach chairs and boogie boards was also a huge plus! If you think it’s too noisy being on the board walk, it’s not! The space still felt private and volume wasn’t an issue at all. I can’t wait to come back with my families so they can enjoy it as much as me and my friends did!

Great location right on the beach! Good floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate our family of 5. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the beach/water. Many restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Woody’s for breakfast. Only issue was that the interior was very worn. Had the feel of a “rental” with little pride of ownership. The door of fridge was completely rusted and very unsightly. Living room couch was old and very worn. Floor was in major need of update. No disposal in sink. Ceiling light in the bathroom was full of gross black stuff-mold?? Also, parking was a nightmare. Was so tight my kids had to crawl out the windows and I had to crawl out the trunk to get out. Overall we still really enjoyed it just because of the priceless views and good location.

Great place and location and views! We were allowed to check in 2 hours earlier which really helped as we were extremely tired from our Disneyland trip. Rooms were a bit warm with no AC but if one opens the windows, air flow will help cool the place down. Rooms were a bit small but workable with exception to main bedroom and bath. Parking was tight but tolerable with a spotter (KIA Sedona) as it’s best to park backwards so one can easily drive out. However, our van was safe as the parking spot is hidden from view between buildings. This was important as we had Texas license plates (i.e. polarized political climate between states). At the end of the day, we had a great time and a great stay! Vacation Rentals by Aaron did not disappoint!

Great location, just a few steps to the beach and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. Great views from upper deck and lower patio. Clean and reasonably comfortable, though we weren’t fans of the couch which is actually old patio furniture. We found both the living area and upper deck quite a bit smaller than they appeared in the picture. Some basics, such as food storage containers/plastic wrap were not included. However, had we asked the rental manager to have it delivered, they probably would have done it. When I complained there were no wine glasses, they had some delivered within a few hours. That was nice. Over all a good place in a great location, but a bit overpriced.

Enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located between belmont and the pier. Ocean front view was perfect. Only issue was the grill not working due to the knobs being rusted which is very common there. Communicated with Aaron and was able to share the grill with the unit downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay for our family of five (with our three kids in their 20's). Great location right on the boardwalk, which can get very busy and loud on weekends but that should be expected. Views are fantastic and walking distance to whatever you might need. Parking for this unit is very small and a bit tricky getting into but we were expecting it. We had a midsize rental SUV (Chevy Blazer) and it just fit with room to use doors on just one side. Worked fine for us considering the parking issues in this area of San Diego. Master bedroom and bath are nicely done and spacious the other bedrooms and bath are not as nice but totally fine for our purposes. Kitchen and views were great and there was plenty of room to spread out even though the unit itself is not very big.

Hands down the most amazing location! The place has great upstairs and downstairs patios that we spent most of the time on when not on the beach. Also loved the amount of windows! Felt like you’re on the beach while I’m the comfort of your own space. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

Perfect location—not too hectic but still plenty of people watching in late March. Right on the beach with multiple big view windows for sitting and gazing at the waves—we didn’t turn a tv on once! Clean throughout with super comfortable beds. Plenty of space—not huge but well laid out for our family of four. Perfect amount of beach rustic for us.

We stayed in early Dec and there were six of us. 3 generations under one roof for 4 days. The place has some great views of the ocean and the location is ideal if your main goal is to enjoy the beach and the food. We stayed in the unit upstairs and although it had enough sleeping beds for about 8 people the common areas such as the living room were small. No real dining room table inside and the kitchen was stocked minimally. Basic meal prep or eating out often is the way to go. One must know is the parking situation for the 2nd unit. The house does have a garage but it's not for the 2nd unit. We had to squeeze in between the house and a cement fence. We barely fit our full-size SUV and that meant the driver had to crawl out of the back to get out of the car. It's manageable but it's not convenient if you are driving something bigger than a mid-size car. The communication with the management company was great. Very responsive. Overall, it was a lovely long weekend, and we made some great memories

Great location at a reasonable price. Hard to beat any beachfront property. Literally steps away from the beach and centrally located to restaurants and attractions in Pacific Beach. Views from balcony and front windows are amazing. Communication from Aaron was great as well. We had a few quick questions and Aaron got back to us very quickly. Great place to stay in San Diego

This place was dreamy and I can’t wait to stay again! Communication was stellar and the view was even better! Great location for walking/biking or scooter rental; easy beach access, beach gear included… and did I mention the ocean views? We will definitely be back!
