The home was exactly as pictured; but pictures could not capture how bright and sunny it is, or how peaceful the patio. The home is located two blocks from the ocean. The ocean beach restaurants and shops are an easy fifteen minute walk. I highly recommend Aaron’s place. It has a warm and cozy feel but is spacious enough for plenty. We will be back!

The house was in a great location in Ocean Beach. Short walks to downtown and Sunset Cliffs! Each room in the space has a minimalistic and peaceful energy resulting in an intentional zen like state. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood location. Amazing ocean views about a block away. About 6 blocks away is Newport Ave with tons of restaurants and shops. House itself was great. Very clean. Great kitchen. Bedroom on the first floor for my elderly mother, plus 3 upstairs for the rest of the family. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von San Diego, aber alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Der Strand ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar – perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Besonders toll fanden wir auch den schönen Garten und die Pools.

At almost $800 a night it definitely was not worth the cost. The house is great but it’s maybe worth $400 a night, we way overpaid.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben. Die Lage ist super und man kann nach ein paar Schritten den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Die Unterkunft ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!

This house is in a great location in Ocean Beach. 2 block walk to the ocean and coffee and restaurants within a short walk. The house, pool, and jacuzzi were amazing and we loved the Tiki themes. Owner was very quick to respond to all questions we had. Our family would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the OB Hideaway! Just what we needed for our group of 6. The location was amazing, so close to the ocean and OB neighborhood, coffee shops etc. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing to walk around. House itself was great with beds and baths for all. Pool was a little chilly in the late May weather, but would be perfect in hotter months. Loved the hot tub.

The OB Hideaway was perfect vacation spot. Plenty of room for us to spread out - but great gathering spaces for us to spend time together as a family. We loved that we we were a only a short walk away from the ocean and from the main street in Ocean Beach - making everything super convenient. We would definintely stay here again!

In town for our daughter’s graduation with our teen and young adult children. We all loved the property so much! Super clean, pool and jacuzzi were great, location was great. Outdoor grill that worked and had propane so we didn’t have to get it. All the kitchen amenities of home, lots of towels, soap shampoo, etc. felt like home away from home. Super easy check in , friendly neighborhood, and super close to tide pools and beach. We watched sunset and explored. So great! We travel to SD a lot and We would/will stay here again! Thanks to the host for being so accommodating! Our visit was perfect.

Everything was 10/10!! Host was great!! Loved all the amenities the house offered!! The kitchen had absolutely everything you need to cook a great meal. The house was super clean and everything was so comfy. Loved the master shower, so relaxing!! Great location!! Wasn't far from anything, great distance from a whole lot of attractions all over San Diego. We'll definitely be back!!

The OB Hideaway was amazing, close enough to beach that my boys could walk and surf. The house was very clean, the beds were the stay outs, comfortable, organic cotton duvets and sheets. So clean and fresh, I enjoyed the clean ocean air. Pool was absolutely beautiful and had some nice shady spots. We ate dinner outside on the outdoor dinning set. Jacuzzi was warm and clean. The kitchen was very organized and had everything you needed. Glasses and dishes were beautiful. All the bathrooms are outstanding, clean and very modern. Check-in was smooth and check-out of easy. My only issue was the outdoor propane BBQ was out of propane but we made due but that was the only hiccup I had at this outstanding property. I will be back and really loved my stay in this quiet peaceful area.
